Wonderful time! Lots of games to play and places to watch movies. Very clean. There was 10 of us and we all loved it and were very comfortable

House was great. Plenty of room for our group. The door code we received did not work when we got there. Had to make a phone call and got a new code that got us in. The game room area was fun but some of the equipment was outdated and some stuff missing. We never did get the sauna to work but made the best of it anyway. House was super clean. Overall we enjoyed it and would stay again

Excellent location to all of the activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 kids to sleep comfortably and not feel crowded. We loved the hot tub and the arcade and pool table was a favorite with both adults and kids. We were disappointed that the sauna didn’t work, there were no balls for the foosball table and the basketballs were all flat so it made it not as fun to play. The overall space of the game room was a really nice add. The reason we gave it a 4 and not a 5 was be because those items were not useable and because the pillows in all of the beds were flat and uncomfortable. Updating those things would make this a 5 start stay. The Smart TVs anc the electric fireplaces were a nice benefit as well.

Great location and layout
Our stay was very pleasant. No major issues. Great location. Remember to bring your own spices for cooking. Other than that, we had a great time.

Saddleback Retreat met expectations.
Overall, the property met expectations as advertised online with minor issues not being more than one would expect from a property that is > 20 years old, with the comfort level of bunk beds being what one would expect for bunk beds, etc. The upstairs and downstairs dens, the kitchen, the scenic upper back deck and especially the game room exceeded expectations and was a catalyst for family members spending quality time together.

Plenty of space for everyone. Game room nice. Hot tub AWESOME!!!! Limited parking. Very close to downtown Sevierville. Only minutes away from Tanger Outlets. Most definitely will rent again for girls weekend.

This house is huge with a great game room for kids and teens. Was it perfect, no, but overall the home was great in a beautiful neighborhood. Unfortunately, we had to buy a new propane gas tank for the grill but it still didn't work. There were some things that need to be fixed: broken cabinet door, broken recliner on the upstairs couch, and ice maker/water dispenser did not work well in the kitchen. I made the property manager aware right away of our issues, so hopefully some of these things will be fixed for future guests. The neighborhood pool was lovely! We swam every day. The house is off the main roads of Sevierville, but still close to town with Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg not too far away - lots to do in the area.

Needs some TLC. Furniture not in good shape. Spider webs everywhere. Pool table in rough shape. Looks like some painting had been done in garage but painters tape still there, look bad. Looks like possible mold in master tub. Pool key does not work, someone had to let us in. Said they haven’t used a key for over a year. Requires a fob.

Great Vacation Rental

After one toilet flush a sewer gas smell permeated the downstairs, it was such a strong smell, we couldn’t stay there. We called the rental company and they said this owner does his own maintenance and he wasn’t going to come out to fix this issue, so to our dismay we had to relocate to a cabin that was less desirable for our group. We booked this cabin because of the reviews, the layout, the number of bathrooms and the bunk room. The thing my Grandkid were most excited about was the game room. They played for about 30 minutes, and they all cried when we told them we had to leave.

Place was great everybody loved it especially kids , had problem with disposal and previous guest trying to send meat and bones down sink /disposal like idiot . So there was bad smell but obvious what it was they sent us to another house within 2-3 hours and had no problems

Fun and Cozy! But Bring Potholders!
We really enjoyed our stylish at this home. There are so many activities to do in the game room! The only downside is there were not any potholders anywhere and there could be more dishes to cook with and casserole dishes. I never would’ve thought I needed to pack potholders. Other than that we really enjoyed our visit. Spacious, clean, and fun!
