Ne manquez pas ce magnifique duplex de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, très proche de la plage !! C'est littéralement à distance de marche de l'océan. Vous pouvez sortir par la porte d'entrée et coller vos orteils dans le sable.En outre, il est situé à quelques instants de Port Canaveral où vous trouverez 4 des restaurants les plus incroyables pour regarder les navires de croisière passer, pré ou poster des paquets, avec incluez votre croisière, de grandes économies de croisière, c'est aussi 45 minutes de l'aéroport d'Orlando et 1 heure de Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios ou tout autre parc à thème à Orlando. Amazing time perfect area Joan is easy going perfect place

Property was clean. The first night the bed in the second room partially collapsed. We pulled out the roll away bed in the closet for my daughter to use the remainder of the stay. Notified manager. The wood splintered in the box spring. Looked like it was previously repaired. It wasn’t a big deal since we had the roll away bed that my daughter said was comfortable. Except for the bed issue, it was a nice stay.

This little slice of heaven is a perfect location. Literally yards to the beach and minutes walk to the Pier. I felt safe in this area. The unit is well appointed and very clean. Joan is a very attentive and courteous host. We will be back AND YOU SHOULD GO!

When we arrived the first night the place wasn't cleaned from the previous people, the sheets were not done and we were all disappointed. First time I have ever done a VRBO and I was shocked. Joan made it right the next day but I can tell you I was really disappointment the first night. We got in really late and I had no way to get a hold of anyone. Found some sheets in another room and that's what we slept on the first night. Like I said, had the place looked like it did after we reported it, it would have been great but starting off it was rough.

Really enjoyed our stay
Property was clean and very nice. The beds were very uncomfortable and it would have been a plus if there was a TV in 2nd bedroom. But, other than that we were very pleased and will rent again on our next family vacation.
VRBO had sent me wrong entry number, so we couldn'tget in, but I sent message to host and she texted me right back with correct code.

Unit was clean, only complaint would be the burned-out lightbulbs. There were no beach chairs that was usable. They were all dry rotted.

Perfect location
It was very easy to rent. Wasn't prepared for the cleaning fees. But i totally get it. Was great Joan was very quick to respond to questions.

We had an excellent time! Joan made everything easy for us. The walk to the Beach was only about 100 yards.

This is the place if you want to BEACH!
My wife, two adult kids and I stayed here for a couple of nights and it was perfect. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach and groceries and other amenities are nearby. The place was clean and very tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa bed and said she could feel the springs, but it is a sofa bead after all. They're meant for convenience, not comfort.
The only thing of note, and this isn't a complaint, is there were no condiments, spices, or such provided like some VRBO's have. So make sure you bring your own if you plan on cooking.

Comfortable and very clean
The house was very comfortable and clean. I was in Cocoa for a business trip so I did not get to go to the beach, but it is just a short walk. Very nice, quiet, and spotless.
