Very tidy small and very unique very quirky property great location
The pull out bed although warned about this it was slightly uncomfortable but it did for the night

The property was centrally located within walking distance of the town centre. It has everything you would need for a short holiday - Jenny was an excellent host.
We knew the bed was a sofa pull out bed but it was quite uncomfortable and a bit awkward to put the mattress on - it’s a brilliant little studio and a double bed would be perfect instead of the pull out x

Very clean, well equipped studio in the centre of the town. Lovely choice of tea/coffee and biscuits.

The Studio is small but extremely well designed to make the most of the space available. The private outdoor area is a real bonus in a location so close to the centre of town. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and communication with the owner was efficient and very helpful. I stayed over a weekend and had no issues with noise at all.
Difficult to fault anything at all. Had to make up the sofa bed each night but it was very easy and instructions were sent beforehand.

The duvet had red lipstick and hair on it. The room smelt musty. I opened all the window vents to try to clear the air.

Lovely and cozy! It’s a wonderful small ‘nook’ of a studio which is right in the heart of Beverley. Well equipped and lovely furnished.

well appointed, cosy little bolt hole.
well thought out space, with everything you could need to be a home from home.
With it being a sofa bed it is great for one or two nights but may be less suitable for longer stays. but it does mean that you can put the bed away and have a living area.

Overall it was a lovely & cosy experience in the studio where it catered for mostly anything you wanted to do. It is very modern , clean & tidy & has tea & coffee making facilities including a coffee machine. Has a microwave & fridge also. Has everything you need if you want to cook or simply grab a takeaway. Impressed with the electric log burner too. Has a lovely outdoor area with lights aswell. Everything you need for a perfect weekend away.
The only downside to the studio is no bed but has a sofa bed which is quite comfortable.
I personally think there could be a welcome pack /guide which would tell you where the bedding & pillows are kept as we couldn't find them tucked away inside the sofa bed & I didn't read all my emails in time before our stay so we ended up buying some which was no problem.
