Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le côté moderne et coloré de la décoration de l'hôtel et de la chambre, qui tranche avec le côté "triste" de la plupart des motels de chaine.
Le fonctionnement des appareils dans la chambre est loin d'être évident. Ce n'est pas notre habitude, mais nous avons du faire appel à la réception pour régler la température de la chambre (trop froide). Sans parler du fonctionnement de la télévision, dont nous nous sommes finalement résolus à nous passer.

Seems like a brand new hotel. Very nice clean room with great amenities. Had a very pleasant experience! Good coffee and pancakes!
1. Red light on standing lamp in room was extremely bright at night.
2. A/c kept waking me up every time it turned on.
Other than those 2 things, the place was great.

I thought the breakfast was great for this hotel. There was a great selection to choose from.
The location of the hotel was close to our meeting so we did not have to travel far in the car which was good as some of the time we came back to the hotel in the dark. The parking place was very lighted up so we felt safe.
The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Loved our walk-in shower.
The staff we encountered did not speak English which I felt was bad as we are an English speaking country and, with the amount of illegals coming into our country, I did not know if this was what was going on here. I did compliment the lady in charge of the breakfast buffet on her job as she has done a fantastic job keeping the food hot and supplied well for the guests.
The pillows in the room need to be replaced as they are flat and uncomfortable.

The Staff specially JD and the manager Taylor. They really listen and solve the problems to the customers. I saw very clear the customer centricity values in their actions and behaviour

The was one singular microwave for all the guest down in the lobby.

It was very roomy and not all cramped together. Easy to find, and right beside the freeway!! Beautiful building and decor!

The hotel was nice, clean and conveniently located. Well priced. I could have easily given it a top rating but the fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. The first time it was just a loud noise and we did not know what to do. We looked out into the hall and there was no one there. By the time we were oriented we joined a couple of travelers going down the stairs and another traveler was coming up and told us it was a false alarm. The next two times (different days) we just stayed in the room and crossed our fingers we wouldn't die. There was no further communication about the situation and/or what was going on. The day/night desk attendant was very nice, friendly and welcoming. The next attendants were barely perfunctory, no Good Morning, Welcome, Good Evening, just vacant stares. No one had to go through hoops to greet us but a Hello, Welcome or just a smile would have sufficed. All that aside it would have been lovely. The other guests were quiet or enjoying the lobby area gathering offerings. The snack selections were nice, the cleaning staff was good.

Stayed a couple of nights for a medical procedure. Room was comfortable and clean. Close to great restaurants.
So glad breakfast was included but pancake maker was out of order which was disappointing.

The property was very clean being brand new. Location was great. Price was great.
The ice machines in the hall kept us awake most of the night. This is not something that can be changed but should be considered for future hotels. Although convenient, there is a reason they are tucked away at the ends of the hall, because they are loud. The additional ice and water machine in the lobby is a great idea. Of course the fire alarm going off twice during the night didn't make a comfortable stay but it is what it is.

They property needs a security guard to keep non guest away last night there had my work van broken into and it was parked in front of the main lobby

The breakfast was good and very clean!
We moved from our room on the second floor due to street noise. The receptionist told us we were on the quiet side. The fourth room was great the second night but on the third night we had partiers next door that woke us up at 1 am!
