We found this property to be one of the best we have ever stayed in on the gulf coast. Carol was great and very friendly and was a great person to meet. The attention to the littlest detail made this week one or best ever. We will return to this property in the future and will recommend this property to all our friends. Thanks for everything. Especially looking for lost dog. The people int area are friendly and several helped us with our search and recovery of Mia, our lost puppy.

Touch of Paradise
All inclusive. Everything was thought of from beach equipment to night lights in the condo. The landscape and grounds were beautifully landscaped and perfectly maintained. The layout of the condo was well thought out, with lots of amenities. We participate in luxury time shares, and this had them beat!!!

Great Space
Perfect space for a week long getaway. Beach umbrella, bikes, beach chairs, beach towels - pretty much everything you could need was provided. The property was well maintained and the staff were very friendly. Welcome basket with snacks and fridge with complimentary water, beers and wine was a nice touch. Would stay here again!

While the accommodations were nice, having someone walk in on my husband and I while we were naked was a bit of an inconvenience. A simple sorry about that does not seem like a reasonable resolution. Made the rest of the stay very uncomfortable and made me nervous.

Chose this property for it's close access to the beach. We were so pleased with the quiet neighborhood, private beach access, and cleanliness of the room and property. The hosts provided everything we needed from a stocked kitchen and gas grill to beach towels, cart, chairs and umbrella.
Our only ask would've been a softer bed, it was much too firm for our liking.

Perfect location!
If you're looking for a property that gives you that home away from home feeling, this is the perfect place! The entry instructions were spot on. We arrived really late at night and we were able to easily access the property. There was a variety of complimentary snacks and chilled drinks waiting in the kitchen too which was such a nice touch after a long day of travel. Another pleasant surprise was how well the kitchen and bath was stocked with all the essentials (paper plates, spices, shampoo, soap, etc), without feeling "junky" or like you're left with all the previous visitors leftovers. The place was super clean and the owners really thought of everything! Location was absolutely perfect with beach, restaurants, kayaking all within walking distance. We had a wonderful time and will definitely visit again!

More than I imagined or hoped for
The hosts were wonderful! I made a reservation for November that I was unable to keep due to a medical problem and Carol was very understanding about rescheduling a different time. She is so kind.
When we arrived in March the place we rented was very clean. The decorations were well done. They literally thought of everything anyone could want and had it available for our use including some snacks, cold beer and chilled wine. You just can’t get any better than Carol and her husband for a place to stay! It’s close to everything.

5 days in paradise
Loved our stay in Tropical Palm unit. Very clean, nicely decorated and every amenity you need! Short walk to the beach for swimming, shelling and sunsets. Restaurants within walking distance. Had a lovely evening at the fire pit. Friendly staff.

Perfect restful getaway
I was delighted in this property and my stay on Manasota Key. The bungalow was just as described and super clean. Everything looked brand new! It was also quiet, which I appreciated and I had everything I needed for the beach--chairs, bike, kayak and all within short walking distance. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness toward the guest was just superb!
