The location was perfect - the size of the apartment was also perfect for our family. The parking was good, we had 3 vechicles and there was room for us all. We like this apartment but it REALLY could use some updating and cleaning!

When first contacted and asked if the apartment was clean I gave it a 4 out of 5 - but then I went into the Kitchen and bathroom and they were far from clean. The Kitchen fry pans (had 2 of them) were hardly usable and warped. The kitchen was poorly set up for cooking in regards to pots and pans, silverware etc..... (we did have a new toaster) - unable to fully open dishwash door because it hits the stove. The fan in the bedroom we stayed in was filthy and we had a hole in the wall and a kicked in bedroom door (it was like that last year when we stayed there). We were not able to give our grandson a bath due to the fact we could not shut the tub drain. The mattresses were ALL old and worn out (one of the beds upstairs was actually broken). The sofa in the living was uncomfortable and had sheets of plywood under the cushions.
