Washer and dryer in the unit, nicely decorated, master bedroom has access to the balcony which is great for privacy and not disturbing others. Kitchen is well stocked, balcony is roomy, ocean sound at any time during the day and night is perfect. We will be back.

The location was great the pool was clean access to the beach was easy.
However We did not like that the condo was not that clean and was not equipped with essentials and whatever they had was old broken and rusted so we spent the first day sweeping the floors and cleaning the condo then we had to go shopping for spoons forks tea and cooking pots. The bread toaster was broken and the ice maker of the freg was not working.
Also we found lots of cockroaches so we had to spray and chase them.

This was the first vacay we have ever taken with our dogs and it was wonderful. The fenced in doggie areas were so convenient! Also we have never stayed anywhere so close to the actual water! Lounging by the pool was like being on the beach as well! We loved this place!!!!!!!

Nice updated condo
Very clean updated condo - had everything we needed. Plenty of room for us, our dog and our daughter and her husband. Nice pool and condo is directly on the beach. Nice 2nd floor view of both pool and beach. Located close to grocery store and restaurants.

Cute property with easy access to the beach
Great communication with management. Unit is cutely renovated with roomy bedrooms, wifi was great for the kids and easy access to the beach. The property building lacks the curb appeal of the unit. But it is conveniently located to a grocery store and restaurants. The views of the ocean we’re the best part - don’t miss the beautiful sunrises!

Condo, pool, beach. You can’t get better than that! Great stay. So thankful for the washer and dryer in the unit. Quick and helpful communication with the property manager too.

Good locale for restaurants close by. 45 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Dog area is convenient.

We stayed 10 days in Unit 223 and it was one of our most favorite and relaxing vacations. A nice serene atmosphere with plenty of amenities and activities. We look forward to a return trip.
