Loved the size of the hotel, and the lovely cafe downstairs. the coffee was delicious! our room was beautifully decorated and was lovely and bright. the air conditioning was fantastic! only short walk to the main square.

only that they didn’t have an English language food menu 🙁 An iron in the room would have be good too! i rang and got one sent up so it was fine.

The 4-course meal at the restaurant was wonderful, and the staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Very nice suite room, comfortable bed, great location, and easy after-hours access. In-room food and beverage options were good.

The bed was rock hard

The room was huge with high ceiling.. I loved the decor, the very romantic and sensual atmosphere. Wish I wasn't travelling solo haha The bedding was great, and the room had all the basics at high quality: nespresso, hair dryer, mini bar, glassware, kettle, safe, shampoo, conditioner, ... The staff was very helpful as I was checking after their working hours. Would definitely come back if I visit Haarlem again, and will try the restaurant/breakfast (the menu looked delicious)

Some guests were noisy and you could hear them walking up and down the corridor, open and closing doors late... Not the hotel fault but the building isn't great in that regard.

I enjoyed the location, the style of my room, the great bed and the excell hygienic prodiúcts at my disposal.

Unfortunataly a breakfast was possible from 9 AM on and it was too late for a business trip.

Excellent location, full of charm, great food, personable staff, clean and comfortable room. A/C worked very well. Easy bus ride to train station.

In our particular room, one side of the bed was against a wall which made if very difficult to get in and out without disturbing one's partner.

The hotel location is right in the city center of Haarlem, very close you'll have very good restaurants and bars. In fact, it's next to a bar/restaurant which I believe is part of the hotel (noise wasn't an issue tho). We checked in late so the check in process was done through phone (and a keybox), nevertheless it was quick and easy. First impressions of the room were amazing, the rooms are spacious, clean, cozy, elegant and modern. We definitely weren't expecting a room this nice for the price. It is also worth mentioning that while there's a shower in the bathroom, there's a bathtub in the room, watching tv while taking a nice bubble bath after a long day of walking is the perfect wrap-up for any day. Some additional thoughts: Wifi was functional and speedy, beds were very comfy and the fact that you get a lot of pillows of different shapes and sizes is something I appreciate greatly and a lot more places should do. We didn't try the breakfast because we had to leave early but caught a glance and it looked good. If I ever come back to Harleem, I wouldn't even look at other places. Is that great!

Nothing, it was perfect.

This hotel is very charming, only five rooms above a cafe. Our room was clean and pretty with old architectural details. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries which came in handy because my luggage had been lost at the airport. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We loved this hotel! Would definitely recommend for someone looking for convenient location, exceptional staff, comfortable stay. And breakfast at the cafe downstairs was delicious. 😋

There was nothing to dislike.

Such a lovely little hotel in a perfect location. It was an easy walk to the station and shops, close to attractions and was quite peaceful. The room was on the smaller side but very well presented and comfortable and the staff were lovely. Having the bar and restaurant downstairs was actually great and added to the overall ambience

getting our luggage up and down the narrow stairs was a challenge, but at least it was only 1 flight!

It was centrally located which made it easy to walk around the city. There is a bus stop across the street from the hotel, so it was easy to get to the train station when needed. The hotel was charming and unique--we loved the restaurant down below and enjoyed the outside dining option for drinks in the evening. We especially loved the breakfast in the morning. The staff was extremely warm and inviting. They were accommodating and gave us some great ideas of things to do around the city.

I don't think I would change anything...well, maybe the towels were a bit small. Otherwise, it was everything we had hoped for!

This is a boutique hotel with loads of charm. The staff stayed late to accommodate our late arrival. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious by European standards. The bed was firm without being hard. Everything was very clean. Our schedule did not permit us to have breakfast at the café, but maybe next time. The location is near the city center and the local brewery. Easy walk to and from the train station.

We didn't mind, but there are some tight, steep steps in this hotel. Welcome to Europe!

Booking.com said there is parking place. It's not realy true :( There is a shopping center 200m away where we can park. So the description of the hotel is quite deceptive. The heating didn't worked well, so the temperature was only 18 C in the bedroom, which is quite cool for us (outside was only 2 C)

A hidden gem in Haarlem, The welcome was lovely, a personalised note. The checkin was swift and check out 2 days later the same. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, lovely bed (very comfy) AC was available, via remote control, a mini bar, fridge in the room, TV with all mod cons, A free standing bath and shower. Everything we wanted.

It was perfect place for us. The hotel is really cozy and the restaurant was amazing. The staff are kind and friendly. We enjoyed every moment doing memories.
