The process of this stay was easy and great! We were given four parking spaces total which was great since we had a large group.

From an easy check-in process to the clean and spacious condo, it was great. The location was great and I would recommend it.

we stayed here with a large group of friends and the condo slept all of us comfortably. location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and board walk. house comes stocked with toiletries, kitchen utincils, towels, etc. you only get one parking pass with the room, but street parking was easy to find. overall, made for a great weekend!

Booked the condo for a vacation with my three daughters, their spouses and their children.
We had a wonderful time. So close to the beach and boardwalk, and we all loved the pool in the building!

We had rented two units to fit our group of 16, but one unit could have comfortably fit 12 people. Place was exactly as advertised. Couches could be updated but aside from that, we just needed a place to sleep and hang out and it was perfect. Location was great, on the boardwalk within 2 minutes. There is only one parking pass on site per unit, which should be increased to at least 2 per unit. You can get 3 additional parking passes but then have to park up on 21st. We had a few cars with our group but they were able to find street parking easily.
Overall a good experience, worked perfectly with our large group and would stay again.

Empty Kitchen
Good view, lots of space, convenient location. NOTHING in the kitchen. It has this large gorgeous kitchen but then only a couple things in the drawers and cabinets. No cutting board, no cups, no toaster. Lots of missing essentials.

Perfect for group
Everything was clean and stocked with everything we needed for a weekend (toiletries, linens) and the pullout couch was a lot bigger than expected. We were worried about parking with only one space there but street parking in the area ended up being fine for the weekend

The best,most spacious place I have ever stayed in O.C.! Large bedrooms,kitchen and even the laundry room. Air conditioning worked great too! Minutes walking from the beach. Many items in kitchen and bathroom already supplied,no need to buy or bring. I highly recommend this place and would like to mention Naomi at the reception desk. She was hands on,polite and just an all around great person!

The location of the rental was perfect. The condo itself was ok, but definitely needs some work. Kitchen was nice, but could use updated appliances. The couch in the living room needs to be trashed. My husband sat down and it sunk! The bedrooms were spacious, but needs new mattresses and bedding! For the money I put out, the furniture should have been better. Also there is only one television in the whole condo. Also the elevator should be cleaned more throughout the day.
The front desk were very nice and accommodating and the property manager answered my messages in a timely manner which I appreciated. With some updating to the furniture this would be a great place to stay. But for now it's just ok, not sure if I would here again.

Fun and perfect location
Property was nice, could have been cleaned up a little more, but overall it was a great trip.
Checking in was a process, we didn't get he keys until after 430pm but all in all a fun stay.
Left a pair of sony ear buds in the room, called to see if they were there and no return call. Had to call 2xs but still no answer.
The location was great...a short walk to beach and boardwalk.
