The stay was excellent. Everything was as promised. The unit was very well equipped with a stunning view of the ocean. Had a great time discovering and hiking in the area.

Beautiful views of the ocean and the perfect place to watch the sunset. The beach below has a great walking beach. Our stay was wonderful and we will be back!

Reviewer Comments: Location, spaciousness, household supplies, linens, storage amount, and beds were all fabulous!Fireplace non-functional two years in a row, insufficient lighting in living room, ineffient heating system, non-insulated glass doors and windows with lots of drafts, lack of sealing at doors leading to drafts, all very poorStubbs responsive, but HOA doesn’t oversee issues.Price of rental seems high when you are living with the above issues, though the location makes it an overall wonderful experience. However, we won’t be returning to this unit due to issues stated.

Incredible views from the deck and even from inside the condo due to the long stretch of floor to ceiling windows and glass doors. The second level elevation was perfect - no one walking in front of us and close to the ocean. Great privacy - close to beach steps - beautifully landscaped - very quiet. We’re coming back for more.

This place is great. I’d consider it a “find”. We hope to return. Perfect location. Good beach access using the adjacent public access. Beautiful views. Nice furnishings and appliances. Good Wi-Fi. Good cable TV. excellent blue tooth speakers for your iPhone. Absolutely immaculate upon our arrival. Here’s a little information to help future guests: The parking is good-2 underground spaces. But it’s a long walk to the unit with many steep stairs. So try not to overpack. There are 2 ways to get to the unit from your car: 1) The long way. Bring your clicker and enter and exit, on foot, through the vehicle gate. 2) The short cut. Enter and exit using the pedestrian gate. #2 is shorter than #1 but with #2 there are narrow steep steps. If you’re wheeling your stuff this way does not work. The unit comes with a good basket with wheels. I recommend using it. But park the wheeled basket by the creek. Don’t try to wheel the cart up and down the condo’s stairs. Carry your stuff up and down the condo’s stairs and load and unload the basket there by the creek. Then wheel the cart from the creek to and from your car using the long way (#1). Keep in mind there’s a 10:00 am check out time which they repeatedly warn is strictly enforced. I found this very challenging. The instructions tell you to clean the place before you leave. Cleaning and moving all our stuff out before 10:00 was really tough. You should try to get a late check out if you can. (We didn’t ask for one). Do as much as you can the day before. Don’t plan on BBQing. You’re not allowed to bring your BBQ and the unit does not have one. Don’t plan on using the fireplace. The instructions tell you not to use it. In fact from outside I saw that the chimney is covered with what looks like a painter’s drop cloth. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this place.
