The view was wonderful. Enjoyed watching the boat traffic. the screened in porch was delightful. Could walk to restaurants. Condo was equipped well.

Our accommodations were very clean, lovely and in a good location. We enjoyed everything except the constant noise. We had expected some construction noise because we have stayed at this location before (different room) and understand ongoing repairs. However the addition of tree trimming every day outside of our block made for an extra noisy stay and impossible to relax on the Lani. I will definitely inquire about it before booking again.

A nice complex and the unit was spacious for a 1 bedroom/1 bath condo. Beautiful grounds, 2 swimming pools, boat rentals next door or down the street. Close proximity to food and entertainment, we will definitely stay here again.
Please note that Riverside Club condos are having lanai's replaced, they are currently working complex B. There are 5 complexes, so there is construction (noise) during the week.

We will definitely stay at this condo again! Everything was beyond our expectations. The property was impeccable both inside and out and conveniently located to all of our choices for dining, shopping etc. The swimming pool was wonderful!!

Manager was very responsive and thorough with check-in instructions. The condo was very clean. And we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing large water views. Great location too!

We highly recommend this condo. The views were great. The kitchen well stocked with utensils. Plenty of linens. Our only complaint is that the bed sack was not breathable and was slick so that the fitted sheets wouldn't stay "fitted". Made sleeping a little uncomfortable but we understand the hygienic necessity. We also had a little problem with the dryer, but as soon as we emailed Mark, he wasted no time getting a repairman out. All in all, a great experience. Would book this place again in a heartbeat!

Condo C309 was so beautiful and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The owner’s of C309 made sure that the condo was well kept and well stocked. We will definitely go to Marco Island again and if it’s possible request condo C309.

The property is located in a older community making it very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment making it easy to make meals. Short drive from nearly everything on the island! The beach is about a 8 minute drive from the condo. Great quiet pool area and spa. We woke up early each morning and were able to see dolphins every morning!

Honeymoon
Stayed here for our honeymoon. It was wonderful. It is mostly an elderly community so if you have young children I wouldn’t recommend staying here. But for couples or families with older kids it is wonderful. Quiet and relaxing

We really enjoyed staying in this rental. Great location and looked just like the pictures. I saw dolphins the first morning of our stay while watching sunrise. It was great they had beach chairs , plenty of beach towels ,umbrellas and a cart to take to beach which was really nice being we went to tigertail beach which is somewhat a hike but worth it. Would of gave 5 stars but my ONLY complaint was the bed linens. I turned down the bed and first thing I see is 2 black hairs, 1 on my pillow and 1 in the bed. I just said to myself hopefully it was just the cleaning person making the bed. Then I see a yellow brownish spot on the comforter right where it would be near my face. Then I was totally grossed out. Took it off and went to put blanket instead and my husband noticed it had a big yellow stain on it. Ughh.... Everyone knows hotels etc. generally do not wash comforter everytime but these stains were disgusting. Only reason I am mentioning so maybe they will pay a little more attention to this or invest in some new linens for future rentals.

The condo was clean, beautiful, and just as pictured (better in person actually)! It has a very updated bright interior with a great kitchen. The Riverside club is a nice, quite, riverfront property. We enjoyed breakfast in the screened in balcony every morning. We loved the pool and spa area and found it to be clean and well taken care of. Everywhere in town we wanted to go was only a short distance away by car. Mark was easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We had picked up beach chairs and an umbrella from walmart, but found some in the closet which was nice.

Beautiful condo!

We had a positive experience for our first time here. The amenities were as advertised. The two wheel cart, lawn chairs and cooler were awesome for our trip to the beach! As you know, it not a short hike to get to the beach!😊. We will be back soon!

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The only issue we had was finding a parking spot at night. There is no reserved spot and sometimes we had to park 3 buildings down from the condo.

Great stay
Our unit was clean, comfortable and had everything you would need. You can’t beat that view every morning as the sun rises! Grounds are lovely, pools are well taken care of and easy walk to some good restaurants. Property manager was very responsive! Would stay again.

Marvelous Marco Island
We enjoyed a great time on Marco Island. Our unit was conveniently located and nicely furnished. The unit was very clean and the kitchen had nice dishes, glassware and cookware. We definitely would like to stay in this unit again. We were disappointed that the tennis courts were not usable during our stay.

The photos were completely accurate which is always nice. In fact, they might not have shown how great the place is. A nice bottle of wine and a tasty cookie were there when I arrived. Check in was easy and Marc was very responsive via phone and text. Very nicely decorated and clean. I loved that they had a coffee pot and an electric kettle for making tea. Great kitchen, TV, and living room area. The pool was really nice and the waterfront view was beautiful. The lanai was screened and had a nice 4-top table and chairs to eat outside. A comfy chair to sit and read would have been nice out there but that's just a small suggestion. They provided lots of towels both for the pool and bathroom. The complex was pretty quiet. You do need a car for groceries and shopping but that wasn't an issue for me. Totally relaxing and can't wait to return.

Condo gem-loved it!
We enjoyed our stay and felt the condo was perfect for us. The place is just as pictured and is tastefully decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the boats and dolphins. The location was perfect being on third floor and just next to the pool not too far or too close. It was nice to stay in Olde Marco and walk daily to places for food and drink!

Plenty of room for my wife and I for a one week stay. Amenities were more than adequate. Very nice pool area. A very short walk to the Snook Inn which is always a fun place to eat and right on the water.

Four Day Stay
Condo was very clean and had all living essentials within. Close to the marina, restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the harbour.

Birthday Vacay
The trip was amazing! This charming condo is conveniently located within minutes of the area beaches, restaurants, and other attractions. The condo was clean and cozy, as described. It was perfect for me and my sister. We took advantage of the beach chairs and cooler bag in the closet, which was great for the trips to the beach. The condo is located in a quiet area and was great for relaxing on the lanai in the evenings watching the dolphins and the area boats come in. Would visit again - highly recommend!!
