My kids enjoyed the amenities at the resort and we felt comfortable letting them explore on their own (they are teens). The building we stayed in was dirty in the hallways. Our suite had older furniture that was stained and older cabinets and carpet, etc. It just needs a makeover as everything has run its course at this point. The view of the pond was great as we saw deer, turtles, ducks, geese and fish. The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful.

I gave all one stars because we did not stay here like we reserved and paid for.
We drove 10 1/2 hours from CT only to be told our reservation was cancelled when we went to check in. No one from Koala notified us of this cancellation before our trip. I called the emergency number left on my email if there was trouble checking in. The lady called me back to tell me she unable to get a hold of the property manager or anyone else from Koala so she personally made us a reservation at the Club Wyndham Governors Green, 3 minutes down the road. Thank god for her!!! We enjoyed our stay at that resort and even got a 3 bedroom condo. I saw one review a lady left about the trouble she had with booking through Koala and I should have gone with my gut and not booked with Koala. Still have had no communication from the property manager or anyone else about our situation and inconvenience

For the most part the property was ok, things like appliances starting to show their age. There were a few maintenance issues, loose electric switches, outlet covers. The sliding glass door (the outside part of lock access) was broken. Carpet aged and didn't look very clean. Maintenance did respond in a timely matter to repairing the switch in bathroom. The fees paid were seemingly over the top for what one was being offered, 2 separate fees seemed a bit much. Or stay was pleasant for the most part though and I would consider renting another Wyndham property.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this resort. Very conveniently located to all the Williamsburg attractions. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean and comfy condos!

We enjoyed the property and all the amenities. Wish the poolside bar and restaurant had been open, but pool and arcade areas were great. Convenient location. Condo was spacious and beds were comfortable. Wifi was slow but we had good cell service in that area.

If you’re looking for a nice weekend getaway away from all the busy-life stress then booking with this property owner is NOT the way for you. I spent my whole weekend getaway fighting for a refund because of a MISTAKE on their end only to still be $250.00 short because they stole it from me.
After having to book another room because the one I made with these people magically disappeared (Even Kingsgate couldn’t find the room when I called trying to find my reservation) and it magically reappearing when I went to check it all I was told is that they couldn’t refund it with me. Absolutely unacceptable. The people I talked to on Vrbo were hard to understand, the property owners for this booking were completely unprofessional, DO NOT BOOK with them! You’ll lose your money and not enjoy your time on vacation at all. I highly recommend booking through Wyndham Kingsgate themselves or through Booking . com . They have amazing deals and are so nice to deal with. But any property you see KOALA as the property owners DO NOT deal with them. They’re AWFUL!!!!!!!

Great spot for W&M trip
This was a really terrific location for a visit with our student son. It was a home away from campus for him and had tons of facilities for us to all enjoy together.

The place was very nice and met our needs. It was close to the lot for pickup for the bus trip we took to Washington DC. The place was clean. The only downside was it was on the second floor and you had to carry your luggage up and down the stairs.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment overall was awesome. The beds were comfy, the place was clean and everything worked. The bathrooms were clean and the showers worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pots and pans are nonstick so cleanup was easy. Our only complaint is the place isn't insulated well. If someone is using either bathroom, you will hear all of their business. Also, if someone is staying above you, the footsteps will get annoying especially if you try to go to bed early. Overall we had an awesome stay. All 3 pools were clean and the putt putt course was fun. We would definitely stay again.

Williamsburg get away
Quick, but wonderful trip. Loved all the amenities at the property. Filled our days with Yorktown, Jamestown and restaurants. Came back in the evening for miniature golf, arcade and pool. Great relaxing time.
