We had a great stay at Sapphire Sea! The Condo was clean, well equipped for our family and had a great view of the Gulf! There was plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable! Nautical Properties was very helpful during our stay and helped us with all of our questions. We will definitely be back to Sapphire Sea!

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was as described, clean and well maintained. The only thing I would suggest is iron and ironing board for guest usage. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with during my booking process and helpful in anyway needed.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, very pretty and the balcony was huge. We had a great view of the ocean and it was a quick walk to the beach. There was also great restaurants and coffee shop downstairs! We will definitely stay at Sapphire Sea again!

Space was well decorated and was laid out for good use. There were some maintenance issues that need addressing. Front door deadbolt did not work and was concerning. Door hinges loose needing attention. Security staff and front desk staff were very good and well versed in doing their jobs. Grounds workers very busy keeping walks and drives litter free. Enjoyed the view but weather was really awfully hot and humid. Would enjoy staying here again but in cooler weather! Oh and clean the concrete balcony deck!

My stay was great! Navigating the property to get to your condo is quite confusing. It's a huge Resort. Otherwise a great stay. Condo was clean and comfortable.
I loved the beachfront view. Really nice patio furniture. Love the amenities in area. No iron/ board.

From the online rental, to the Check in, everything was simple and was very quick. The rooms were clean, view was phenomenal, and the pictures portrayed the room perfectly. The balcony furniture and size were excellent. Enjoyed our stay and would come back again in the future.

This was a last minute day before leaving trip. Condo was great. Well kept, roomy, clean and nice view of ocean. We enjoyed our short trip and wish it could’ve been longer. Did a last minute trip here with my 23 yr old and 19 yr old daughters.
Communication with owner was great and they checked in several times. Definitely a much needed last minute and no real complaints. You do have to pay $69 separately for parking and wrist bands but that’s a property requirement. Would definitely return. Thanks!!

The property was absolutely perfect for our family. It was more than stocked with amenities, including, beach chairs and umbrellas. Every appliance worked great including all 3 TV’s. The property was also super clean. Would love to stay here again

Laketown Warf vacation
The property is beautiful. Several nice pools are available. There is food available on property. Just a short walk across the street to the beach and famous Pineapple Willy's beach bar. The downside is that the elevators are super slow. One was broken while we were there. Plan to wait for a good bit. We actually took the parking garage elevator to the 10th floor pool then walked across to the building and took one flight of stairs up to the 11th floor we stayed on. It was much quicker then the regular elevators but also was more walking. They have wrist bands for the property which is great but they even required you have them when coming back into the property at night even though we had the parking pass. They said each person in the car was required to have one. I thought that was a bit much. The condo we stayed in was nice for the most part. It was pretty and the size was good. View was excellent. The beds were comfortable which is important. The couches need to be replaced they are very sunken in when you sit on them and aren't very comfortable. Over all it was a good vacation but I am not sure I will come back due to the elevator situation. They say they are getting upgraded this Fall. They need it for sure. I hope it helps.

Very clean and spacious. Every thing was up to date!! Elevators still suck as far as wait ⏲️ The only headache was standing in line to pay for wristband and parking pass. Would be nice if they include those charges when you pay for your room and just have it in the room when you arrive.Just my opinion other then that this place is beautiful 😍

We had an excellent experience with the view of the water and the quality/cleanliness of the condo. I will say however that this property is located on the 11th floor and because of the volume of people staying at the property it’s very difficult to catch the elevator. So if you are disabled or have mobility issues this is not the place to stay. This is a congested area with lots of people so keep that in mind as well. Overall the property was beautiful, property manager was helpful and stress free. I would definitely recommended this place.

This condo had everything we needed and plus. We had 7 people on our trip and everyone was very comfortable. View was great! Balcony was huge and Scott was super easy to work with the whole way. Only downer was dealing with the elevators. Other than that we had a great trip!
