The house was amazing! The pool and the golf cart was everything the children requested. The pool could add a heating factor for nighttime swimming, but other than that pool rocks! My family and I are avid coffee drinkers and we love a coffee mug that holds more than enough coffee. The coffee mugs provided were fun and gorgeous. I even asked Michelle where she get them from! Michelle is an amazing host! She was very responsive and helpful! Perfect attitude We will definitely stay in more private pool homes hosted by Michelle!!

What a great stay! This house held our family of 14 very comfortably! The closeness to the beach was so convenient and the golf cart was like icing on the cake! The kitchen is well stocked and clean, the double laundry rooms are a huge help for multiple families and the 2 outdoor showers were very helpful to keep the sand at a minimum. The attention to details by the management company were top notch! By far the best VRBO experience we have ever experienced! We hope to use the house again in the future!

I cannot recommend this house more! It was such a joy to spend a week here with our family and friends. I was a little nervous about not being on the beach, but having a golf cart to use made all the difference in the world. Not to mention the kids LOVED being able to ride on it. The house was clean and well decorated. The kitchen had all the pots/pans, etc. in it that we could have possibly needed during our stay. For my husband who loves to cook that was a big plus. The elevator was a big help in assisting with luggage to the top floors and for my mother in law who has some trouble with stairs. We will definitely be back and will recommend this location always!

My family and myself had a great week in this clean, spacious and beautiful home! There were so many bedrooms and two living spaces so we had plenty of room for everyone. The elevator was a nice addition for my elderly mom and even for myself at times since I’ve had back surgery. We especially loved the golf cart to ride around in the evenings and to use to haul our stuff to the beach. Great neighborhood!

Beach house was wonderful! Close to the beach and just a drive down the road to all the wonderful places to eat and visit. The beach access was great and the beach was not over crowded like many other local beaches. We had a perfect time and stayed in the most perfect house! Will visit again next year!

Perfect property for our family trip to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. Neighbors are locals and are very nice! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was great.

We had an awesome time here. The home is amazing the neighbors are awesome the golf cart and welcome package was top tier. I own rentals and I was thoroughly impressed. Makes me want to step my game up!! this place was relaxing, super close to beach access with ocean views from certain areas in the home.. clean, comfortable and so peaceful..will definitely stay here again.

Great beach house- lots of room for 8 people to spread out. Porch out front was nice for watching the ocean and drinking coffee in the mornings. Golf cart was great for going to and from the beach. Would stay here again!

Perfect for a family getaway!

Overall everything was excellent. The bbq grill was unusable and the owners replaced it the next day. Close to the beach 🏖️ but and located on the main road. Only issue was the construction noise from nearby properties being built between generally daily 7 am and 7 pm. This was not in anyone’s control. Booking went well.

Property is a very beautiful home with lots of space and storage room. The only issues I had was the construction noise (not noticeable inside the house but very bothersome on the deck and by the pool), construction vehicles, the lack of bath cloths (4 of the 5 bathrooms only had 2 per bathroom) and no window cleaner. The last item may seem odd but when you vacation with 5 children ages 18 months to ten years old, you need window cleaner for those beautiful glass sliding doors…if you want to see outdoors lol. None of these things were worth complaining to management about. Just giving a heads up to future renters so they will know to pack a couple extra items.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had extended family, so having a full bathroom for every bedroom was a huge plus! The elevator was very useful for packing, groceries & not having to carry my baby upstairs constantly. The owner also went out of her way to purchase a rice cooker, deep fryer & salad spinner so that we wouldn't need to pack our own. We wish we took more pictures before we had our stuff everywhere throughout the house!🤣 Overall, a great experience & would definitely consider coming back again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was nice and clean. The AC went out but they had someone there that day and all was well that afternoon. The elevator was a lifesaver for my mother in law and super helpful when bringing in the luggage and groceries. We plan to stay here when we come back to Navarre Beach.

This house ended up being perfect for 5 couples and a handful of children. We were a little nervous that the main living area and kitchen would be too small for our max-capacity group, but they upgraded the living room couch to a sectional and we never felt crammed. RMI (Michelle) was very responsive, eager to help, and checked in with us all throughout our stay. You can tell they're pros when it comes to VRBO management. We’ve been to VRBOs in the past that didn’t do the best job of cleaning, but this one was exceptional – you could even walk barefoot on the floors without feeling like sand was left behind from previous occupants. They had awesome touches throughout the house (extra toothpaste, shaving cream, razors, makeup wipes, etc.), including a handwritten welcome note. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, toys, a wagon (major plus), etc. and the kitchen was stocked. The pool was great for the kids – it wasn’t too deep and was perfect for our crew (4-9 yrs old). The beach was super easy to walk to (wagon a major plus for towels, chairs, etc.) with the public entry point being right across the main street. Side note: There was a lot of seaweed in the ocean this time of year, which was a bummer. There was also a lot of construction going on, so we did leave the pool from time to time to avoid the noise. They just so happened to be driving in the pilings next door with a crane-mounted, diesel-powered hammer. It was fun to watch for a minute, but then the noise was a bit much – thankfully, the beach was an easy enough walk away. However, inside the house was surprisingly insulated from some of the construction noise outside. They had a pool cleaner come unannounced during our stay who took & sent photos to the owners of some seashells by the pool that the kids had collected from around the property and beach and brought back to the poolside (which is a big no-no for pool liners, unbeknownst to us Coloradans). So, that was a little uncomfortable knowing that someone did that while we were away. Michelle did contact us right away about it and we remediated as quickly as possible as we do want to be respectful guests and follow the rules. A lovely neighbor lives there permanently who came over and introduced herself. We wanted to make sure we weren’t being too noisy for them while playing outside. At the end of the day, I would recommend this house to any large group or family, with or without kids. We'd definitely love to come back!

My kids, grandkids and myself had an enjoyable week. The location is almost at the end of the stretch so it gets you away from the crowds. The grandkids loved having the pool which was a huge hit. They also enjoyed the easy access to the bay a block behind for fishing and crabbing. All 6 grandkids are boys!!

This house was great for me and my extended family. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the July 4th celebrations as well!

The house is clean, spacious, and well stocked. Each room has its own restroom which is great. The pool area is secure with door that locks up high to keep children from accessing during non-swim hours. The walk to beach access was about 4 minutes. Plenty of pool and beach toys included in the rental. Lovely stay!
