Located in the heart of the village, large comfortable room with equally comfortable lounge area. Although the rooms are not en-suite the bathrooms are easily accessible and spacious. When we visited, August, the village did not seem busy so we managed to park on the street just outside the house. The village has a range of eateries no more than 2 minutes walk.

Awesome Hotel with a lovely host (Conner). Very detailed furniture and we just loved the style of the common area as well as our hotel room. The house belonged to the first mayor or Revelstoke and they did a good job keeping the traditional atmosphere and mixing it with modern style elements.
We received a 30$ Gift Card per person for the Dose Café in town (which we absolutely loved - try the French Toast) and had a nice time at the hotel. The shared bathroom we had for ourselves because there was only one other couple in the hotel.
The hotel floor can be a bit noise with other guests so we recommend to wear ear plugs at night. A/C can only be regulated for the whole floor but these things are just minor to us. We loved the stay!

Great bed and wonderful facilities. Loved the vibe of the old house with modern amenities. Connor was responsive and always helpful.

The house is really amazing! Beautiful decorated and luxurious!
We had booked the balcony room, and sat on the balcony in our rocking chairs, after dinner in town, until it was dark.
The beds were so comfortable!
And the location - just a block from downtown.
You have your own bathroom in the hallway and got bathrobes in your room, perfect!
And complimentary coffee and tea in the living room area.
We got breakfast vouchers to a really nice cafe close by.
We will definitely come back!
The only negative was that we couldn’t stay longer :-)

We loved the location and interior of The Copeland. The breakfast was out of this world. Coffee was superb too. The history and heritage style of the house enhanced our stay.
Nothing not to like.

location, living room and entrance
service and interaction with personnel (no breakfast was offered even though booked, weeks of discussions to get the initially agreed refund)

So the building is lovely, the room very nice. Good location near to the centre of the small town.
But it doesn't have a bathroom - you use an allocated bathroom across the corridor from the rooms. A detailed look at the listing would hint at this, but we assumed 'Private Bathroom' meant that - ie Ensuite. It doesn't here, and if we'd known we would not have booked. As it was, after the first night, we found out we were the only people staying for the nights we were there so it mattered less.
There is also no coffee maker in the room - and coffee is only available during breakfast hours. And they cancelled the breakfast for us on our second night (but did make appropriate compensation).

Nice heritage house
The room that I was supposed to be staying in was locked on arrival so had to stay in an inferior room.
Only one control for the A/C for all 4 rooms this caused fights with the other occupants so either we froze or they were too warm.
No microwave ( they said one in the room) No garden ( supposed to have one)

Fantastic location and wonderfully renovated heritage house - balance of Modern and traditional. It was truly one of those “we scored” moments. The fresh croissants for breaky were heavenly.

We really loved the charm of this heritage home and the local history of it. The location was excellent for us and we prefer to be in the centre of town. We would sit on the deck and watch everyone downtown, we could also hear the nightly music in the square. The room we stayed in was wonderful, and big enough for the three of us and the two beds. There is a separate bathroom down the hall that was allocated to us and it was a good size with a nice shower.
We have stayed in Revelstoke every year for the past 8 years and this has been our favourite accommodation.

Breakfast was European continental but good. The GM is a very nice young lady who made a very good host
The shower is rather substandard and it seemed as if they were diluting the liquid soap and shampoo

Emma wa an excellent host, Breakfast was great. facility was clean and public lounges were comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Great location.
Would recommend highly. I will return.
This can’t be improved because the Copeland is a heritage house but an en-suite bathroom would be more convenient. We had an assigned private bathroom that was large, complete and attractive. We just had to walk across the hall to access it. Not a big problem.

A pleasure to stay in such a well kept restored house from bygone era. Nice modern comfortable decor in large airy common areas at guests disposal. Great bed linens make for an excellent sleep!

Clean and excellent location
Although advertised as private bathroom, not specified that it was a bathroom on a corridor separate from the room. On this occasion only a few guests but if busier not private bathroom facilities

We were the only guests - loved the quiet. Just what we needed after a too long drive. Great time of year to visit.
Better get there soon. There are plans to add a restaurant and more accommodation. If that happens the time worn historic qualities are likely doomed.

The Copeland is a 100+ year old Heritage House in downtown Revelstoke...a must to see.
The Copeland was an excellent experience with a very clean property and a very comfortable bed.
The service was exceptional (Conner was our host) who was very attentive to our needs.
We traveled from Vancouver heading to Calgary.
In view of the Trans Canada 🇨🇦 highway closure and alternative route thru Radium BC...The Copeland is a perfect place to relax and take in downtown Revelstoke.
Highly Recommend.

This is an excellent property. A converted heritage Home, well appointed very clean and very well managed.. the charming building is located very close to the downtown area of revelstoke. Rooms are spacious bright, beds very comfortable. The breakfast was Scandinavian style with meat cheese fruit, delicious fresh bread croissants etc.
The only negative to this property is that rooms do not have en-suite bathrooms. The staff however seems to keep the occupancy such that you generally seem to get a washroom to yourself down the hall.

I loved the host Natalie. She was very friendly and had great advice for places to eat and trails to walk.
I love old Victorian houses and this one was so full of charm.
I don't care to share bathrooms, but as I was the only guest that night. It was great.

Grand, heritage style building inside and out, location right in the centre of Revelstoke town. Best continental style breakfast I have ever had in a hotel/bed and breakfast set up. Super comfortable bed. Friendly, warm and hospitable host who made us feel at home.
