It was very clean. The room was very comfortable and so were the beds.
The price of the room. It was Iowa playing Iowa State. The hotels sure take advantage and rip off the people who are needing a room.

Breakfast as always ok lack of gluten free options slight problem
Staff quite rude and distracted, on check in staff member still on his phone but dealt with check in ok including explanation of extra $75 hold policy on credit card.
On checkout staff member was trying to keep breakfast topped up as well as checking out and refused to issue a receipt saying it could only be issued by booking.com but ignored the fact that we chose to pay the hotel directly.
