The property is beautiful, the house is spacious and immaculate, the owners were very attentive. A lovely stay in a great area, close to beaches, restaurants etc, while also in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful outdoor space. Would definitely recommend !!

My family stayed here for a week and it was the perfect place for us. Every inch of the home was immaculate. The host was extremely attentive and kind. No detail was missed - so organized. This house was an incredible place to stay and added to the memories we made together!

My family of four had a great 6 night stay at the property. Interior of the house was newly renovated and done beautifully. Front steps however were deteriorating. We were told upon check-in about their condition and that they were being fixed after our stay. Although there are other ways to get into the house besides the front, someone must exit this way to lock the house. This was a big safety issue and wish it was addressed prior to our stay. House is in a great location - just a short distance to shops, restaurants, and beaches. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and left great recommendations for The Cape. Kids toys, beach equipment and baby gear were a great perk and made packing for the trip a lot easier. However, house was lacking on basic house rental amenities. For our 6 night stay we were only given two extra rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, no pantry items, and one set of mostly empty bottles of toiletries. For the price of this house the guest should not need to go shopping for these items. All in all it was a great stay. The minor issues we had are easily fixable before next season and if they are we would highly recommend this family friendly house to others!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sandy Hill Cottage. The house was immaculate upon check in, and included every amenity one could possibly need, from clean soft linens and blankets to games to a fully stocked kitchen. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. We enjoyed the ping pong and foosball in the basement, as well as the rafts and chairs for the beach. This house is a gem!

We had a phenomenal experience at the Sandy Hill Cottage! Kate was fantastic to work with - so friendly and quick to respond. Our family of four rented with our friends’ family of four and had a total of four kids ranging from 2 years to 6 years old. This property is an absolute dream for traveling parents! It included so many thoughtful details, including step stools, a booster, kids dishes, and toys that they actually want to play with. One of the things I appreciated the most was that she was very specific and communicative about what amenities were at the house and included plenty of pictures. We were able to leave a lot of stuff home because we knew we could count on high-quality toys, beach chairs/wagon, etc. The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We are hoping to rent again next summer!

Our group of three friends stayed at this wonderful property in July 2022 and absolutely loved it. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location is excellent in a quiet area of Brewster, with outdoor activities, grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. just a short distance away. The owner has done an outstanding job of making the house "user-friendly", with helpful instructions, lots of labels, basic supplies, etc. She is also extremely responsive! The owner clearly takes her responsibility to her renters very seriously and did everything she could to help us have a wonderful vacation. In my view, this is the way a VRBO experience should work. We would be thrilled to return to this property and look forward to doing so.

The kitchen is well equipped We particularly like the deck with large table and awning to protect against the sun. There is a big yard and the house feels very private. We liked Brewster alot with its beaches and restaurants. The house had nice beach chairs and umbrella. We hope to stay there again.

This was our first time using VRBO and Sandy Hill Cottage has set our bar very high for future bookings! The property was stunning. More than we could have envisioned. Extremely clean. Very well taken care of and not one detail left out. Everything and anything a family could need was there. We just cannot say enough - Kuddos to the property owners. They were quick to respond with any questions we had and very helpful with sharing local restaurants, beaches and fun things to do for all ages!

The owners communicated so well and made sure we had everything we needed. I absolutely recommend this Cape Cod home -- it's beautiful inside and out!

I have a son with special needs and was not nervous that he would destroy the place, yet I still felt that I was being treated with an upscale resort feel. The rooms are very large and between the bedrooms, living space, basement and expansive lawn, there were plenty of spaces to spread out. The house was equipped with tons of activities including games for all ages, puzzles, ping pong, outdoor games and beach items. The owners clearly have taken great care to provide anything a guest would need. Can't reach that shelf? Oh look, there's a stool right there. Need a blanket? There it is, in that basket. We had mediocre weather at the beginning of the summer season, but didn't even mind because we were never lacking something to do. The location was close to several local food spots including great coffee at Eat Cake 4 Breakfast. Just minutes to Breakaway Beach which again, was chilly for summer, but great for sunset views and a nice walk. It was a quick ride to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for older kids or adults that are comfortable biking on a main road or a quick drive with good parking if little kids are riding. I really can't say enough about our wonderful stay. While it was on the pricier side for our family of four, it was hands down worth every penny and we look forward to returning!
