Our stay was absolutely amazing! The unit was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need! Would highly recommend staying here for a luxurious skiing experience.
Katherine was very kind and even let us know the condo was ready for an early check in.

What a wonderful stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and you can’t beat the location. Communication with Katherine was great. Would rent here again in a heartbeat. At the end of the day sitting by the fire and looking at the lights on the mountain is so relaxing. Everything you need is at the rental, including a crock pot👍 You won’t want to leave.

The condo is amazing! My family and I loved everything about this place. It was a good size for a family of four and we could have comfortably fit a few more guests if we wanted. I’ve never stayed in a ski on/off and the convenience can’t be overstated. Not having to load up the car, battle for parking and fight for space in the lodge makes skiing so much more enjoyable! The owner was a pleasure to work with and was super responsive to questions. I would certainly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!

This was our second time staying here and same as before, we could not be happier. Host is extremely responsive and communication is clear with check in, check out procedures and property details were a breeze to follow. The condo is extremely clean and has everything you could want for your stay. The beds are super comfortable, decor and furniture are so nice. We love it here. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and we were able to go to the alpine adventures at the mountain which were fun and super convenient just out the door! We will definitely be back!!

We recently stayed for the weekend and had 4 children and 4 adults. The condo was perfect size and the kids room had a bunk bed with a trundle to fit all of them. The condo was clean and cozy, and they have games for the kids. The vaulted ceiling and view of the slopes made this condo even more amazing. We loved it here and can’t wait to come back again!! Also, the owner was incredibly responsive, helpful and nice. 5 stars…

We arrived with our two young children and a couple adult friends. The layout was absolutely perfect to provide everyone with the privacy they needed. The kids loved the view of the ski lift, and we had everything we needed to cook some simple dinners and breakfast — a must when you’re traveling with littles.

We’ve stayed in this area a handful of times, and this condo at the base of Cranmore is the best. The home is beautiful with plenty of space for our family, the location is perfect, especially for skiing in winter or mountain adventure in the summer, and Katherine is an excellent and very responsive host.

I stayed at the property with my wife and two children. The condo is perfectly located just outside of North Conway. Located right at the base of Cranmore mountain. The condo itself was fantastic. Perfectly maintained, everything was super clean, high-end furniture, tvs in every room etc…. 10/10 experience. Will definitely be staying here again!

We loved everything about our stay. It was exceptionally clean, the unit was furnished with high end pottery barn furniture, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, beds were so incredibly comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. Also, having laundry on site with young kids was such a great benefit. Thank you for thinking of all the little things and sharing your gorgeous condo with us.
It was really nice to have access to the pool and all the fun mountain activities as well. We can’t wait to schedule our next trip!!!

This property will not disappoint! It is very clean and very well equipped. It is very comfortable and we can just imagine the views in there winter months being right at the base of the lift and slopes. We had a wonderful weekend celebration. The location and short hop to all North Conway has to offer is very easy. We will stay again for sure!

Location location location! What a stay we had. Beautiful home away from home. The moment we walked in it felt as comfy as our own home. Plenty of space for 2 families. Something about watching the lights from the groomers climbing the mountain while sitting in front of the fire 😊 So convenient with ski gear right downstairs in personal locker and a chair lift right outside door. The pool, coaster, tubing and other rides steps away. Could not recommend this place more. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

We have stayed in the Kearsage Brook Condos before but being on the top floor and having a view of the mountain was such a beautiful treat. Everything was perfectly maintained and welcoming.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our annual trip to North Conway with ages 19 to 85 and this property works beautifully! Very comfortable, kitchen works beautifully for meals for six people and the location is perfect! We have stayed at other properties of Kathrine’s and she is very attentive and thoughtful with her communications. We will be back.

This brand new North Conway penthouse condo is STUNNING! The decor is beautiful and includes all the creature comforts of home-comfortable linens, plush towels, flat screen TV’s and a nicely equipped kitchen-all only 3 minutes from town. . Thanks for a lovely stay!

Our host Katherine was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. The bottle of champagne waiting for us was delicious and very much appreciated. The condo was as extraordinary as the pictures represented. I wish I could have shown the reaction on the kids faces upon their arrival. It was priceless. Although they only stayed Friday night and had to leave Saturday evening (their father is a pastor and had to go back to Maine for services Sunday) we managed to get a lot in. They enjoyed the zip line, the swing and the roller coaster. They also went on the chair lift up to the top of the mountain, enjoyed snacks and came down. We then packed up for Story Land. It was magical.
The long faces and tears as they left were comforted by telling them we will be back next year.
On Sunday we checked out and Katherine made everything very easy for us with her welcome booklet. A truly SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE!!!!

We had a wonderful trip to Katherine’s place! It was clean, spacious and the beds/bedding were very comfortable with beautiful views of the mountain side. Katherine was also incredibly responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We were excited to stay at Katherine’s place in North Conway! Upon our arrival the place was even nicer than what the pictures showed! We are very particular about cleanliness and it was spotless! It had everything that we needed and more! Katherine even left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy! It was nice not to worry about bringing towels or sheets! The beds were very comfortable! Our teenage boys enjoyed the mountain biking and summer activities that Cranmore has to offer! They went in the pool/ hot tub several times.
The location was perfect! It was a 4 minute car ride to the popular Zeb’s country store and other shops as well as our favorite place to eat, the Flatbread company.

Base of Mount Cramore
Very nice accommodations - quick to downtown North Conway. Fun activities to do at the mountain(anyone under 42" tall needs to ride with an adult though). There was construction going on but you really didn't feel it or notice it. Pool was free and almost always empty. Activities were more $ than I expected but it is 2022. The view from the top of Cranmore was outstanding. The only thing I would mention is that it is dog friendly; and that some folks get up early so you may be woken up by their dogs barking as they head out. Also - they don't have a blender, so come prepared.
