Łazienka - brak wentylatora (wyciągu), okno (wysoko) w łazience nie do końca wyłożone płytkami (regips pewnie zaraz złapie wilgoć i będzie problem z grzybem)

The bed was ok. After a long flight I passed out and slept comfortably. The room seemed decently clean.
It's located in the middle of nowhere, I'm not familiar with Warsaw, I didn't realize it when I booked it, that it's located outside of Warsaw actually. There are no places to get a snack or breakfast or anything. The owner happened to be on site when I arrived and helped me to check-in, otherwise I wouldn't have known what to do since I did't get the email with instructions. She also told me there was an "Italian" place to eat quarter of a mile walk away. Next door to it was a small Deli store where I got some water and snacks. If you're coming from non European countries - bring your own outlet adapter. I could not charge my laptop with American charger and I could not buy or borrow European one anywhere.

The directions were received in time and were understandable. The key was on place.
The building is repairing. Around too small and doesn’t prepared place. Parking is chaotic.
The Room needs renovation, the bedding too.
The curtains were with holes.

The property is terrible. The place is in the middle of nowhere, shady people walking around. We had a lot of stuff in the car, so we were afraid something might happen.
The bed sheets stank very badly, I don't know why, maybe because of the humidity. and they were synthetic, made of really bad material. We couldn't sleep in the smelly bed so we rented another room in the middle of the night. And booking does not even want to refund our money.
avoid this place at all cost!

The bathroom was leaking, trash cans are on the first floor so you could hear when people threw bottles away.

It is cheap. Comfortable bed. Conditioner.
When we came there were mosquitoes on
the ceiling and it wasn’t good. In the bathroom, water
flows very easily on the floor after a shower.
But mostly for its price it covers disadvantages.

If you have no car, it could be pretty difficult to get to the city center (not a problem in my case).

Soundproof rooms so no noise from othet guests. Location great for access to the highway. Very nie room design with modern bathrooms. Easy pick up of keys in the locker box next to the entrance - no fuss.
The place is located next to a VERY busy highway which has its pros and cons. Obviously access to the highway is good and one can easily arrive even late in the evening/night as keys are picked up from a locker box. However during summer time when its hot, opening windows during the night means A LOT OF noise. We managed with ear plugs. The WiFi was not working...

I booked a room with three beds .... but only two beds had pillows. The third bed came just with blanket. No pillow. The third pillow was too expensive and not included into the hotel price. Kind of luxury....
No wi-fi....you can connect to the wlan but Internet is not available, welcome back to 20th century....

The place for this price is too good! Very clean and nice, room with balcony, bottle of water for free! personal shower and WC, hand soap, bedding, 3 beds, free parking, calm neighbourhood. Free wifi is available! 10 km away from the center, but to reach it by car is even more comfortable than from other closer places, basically, couple of turns and thats it! The shared kitchen is huge, each room has a separate place in the fridge.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need.
You might want to take the hairdryer with you.

Everything was really nice and clean. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was super great and comfortable with a private bathroom and there was a shared kitchen.

There was nothing to like
There was no hair dryer, bed was too soft to sleep on it. Pillows were not clean, i found some hairs on them. Towels were smelling really bad, there is humidity inside rooms. And be careful after taking shower bcuz there is a lake after shower
