Difficulty getting into driveway with neighbours boat/car in the way. Next door neighbour entered the property from downstairs door and scared children. Unsure about which external bins belonged to the property and bin night, contacted bookings.com but did not receive a response

The location was great in a wonderful location. Everything was new & very clean. Facilities were excellent & the bed was very comfortable with beautiful linen. Overall most of everything was wonderful!
The photo on the website was very misleading as it showed an ouside seating area off what I thought was the sitting room. Yes it was there but that wasn't the main sitting room instead an extra bedroom/sitting room. Apart from a microwave there is no stove to cook so cooking facilities are limited. There was no mention of stairs in this accommodation when in fact to access the main area of this accommodation was by stairs. In fact the second bedroom was down additional stairs. So getting in suitcases was difficult. Access to the garage was extremely tight & we had to rely on the owner to get the car into & out of the garage! At the price charged for this accommation which was high- it's not suitable for anyone not able to climb stairs confidently. Also having only 1 toilet/bathroom for this accommadation spread over 2 levels was a challenge.

Comfortable, short walk to the beach and one nearby cafe (closed Sunday-Monday), all the expected bathroom and kitchen appliances were provided, along with coffee pods, tea and milk. No breakfast.
What felt like an excessive list of rules and penalties. The lower bedroom was very musty even when aired, two prints on the wall were dusty and mildewed, and under the bed was very dusty and littered with old coathangers and scraps of paper, it had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned for a very long time. Considering the high cost of the accommodation this was unacceptable.

Modern apartment and good access.
That we needed to 2 bedrooms but on arrival found that one bedroom was a sofa bed with a TV. Also the apartment was 2 levels. Rang to say this wasn't suitable for our needs with a disabled person. Owner came out and said that the site did say it was 2 levels. Just checked and I couldn't see that. Then the owner said there was another bedroom in a different part downstairs. So my husband slept downstairs while I had my sister with me. Coped.

location - Beautiful home, cosy, clean, welcoming, vibrant colours throughout the home, family orientated atmosphere, loved how there was games for kids e.g chess, fishing rods, bikes, cards etc. loved how we were just 1 minute drive from the esplanade and a 5min drive from coles and restaurants.
disliked there was no washing machine to wash my kids and partners clothes (had to fork out money from budget to buy more clothes and for laundromat took some time out of our day to put aside to do this chore) , the exit was pretty exhausting couldn't really enjoy your time away knowing everything had to be put back in order and replaced if used. couldn't tell if the room attached to the garage was the 3rd bedroom? no privacy at all for my child to enjoy watching movies etc without myself and or my partner walking in and out to duck out to the shops etc.
