We loved our stay. We were there with our kids showing them the University and the house was in the perfect location. Erika was so nice and helpful and the hot tub was the perfect topper to a great house. We would love to stay there again the next time we are in Eugene.

We had a very comfortable stay at this cute house. I would stay here again with a small group of all adults (no kids, no seniors). The narrow, sloped driveway with a big drop-off to the yard would have been a bad idea if we had had anyone with us with with mobility or balance issues. I slept like a rock in the downstairs master bedroom and loved the on-suite bathroom, but the stairs going up and down were very steep. Sadly we didn’t get a chance to use any of the outdoor spaces (hot tub, backyard with a fire pit, deck off the kitchen) because the air quality was terrible while we were in town. While at the house we enjoyed the beautiful decorating, comfortable furniture, views out the windows (such a pretty neighborhood), and all the up-to-date appliances (e.g., huge washing machine, quiet dishwasher, ice/water in the door of the fridge/freezer). We worked from “home” one day with one person upstairs and one person downstairs in the office with the door closed. This house worked well for 3 people, but I think it might have felt crowded/noisy with a larger group because the two indoor gathering spaces (living room and kitchen table) are right next to each other. Five stars because we had everything we needed and were happy to get back to the house each evening.

This home is absolutely charming with wonderful outdoor space to gather when the weather is nice. Extremely clean when we arrived, the hot-tub had already been pre-heated for our stay. The location is perfect for university access, especially the new Hayward Field. Though the place can sleep 8 the house would feel crowded with that many people. There is only one main gathering space and seating is limited in the living area. The host is very responsive, check in was a cinch and I felt confident that if we needed anything it would be taken care of. We will look here first when we visit Eugene again.

This was a Spectacular home, close to the U of O, close to the best ice cream and wonderful places to eat! WOW! What was there to not like? The temperature outside was chilly, but with so much natural light and big bedrooms and space for my husband to work, and have zoom calls in peace? Utterly Amazing!! We hope to come back when it's a bit warmer outside!! Thanks so very much!!

Perfect bungalow & perfect location for our weekend stay for UofO events. Top quality linens & furnishings, clean & tidy, no clutter. Only disappointed we were too busy to utilize the lovely outdoor seating areas. Great 💚💛 Vibe. Great communication w manager, easy in/out. Wish it were available for all my visits:(

It was very convenient to I-5 at the 30th Street exit in south Eugene, but not close to I-5. Groceries and restaurants were a quick drive. Albertsons grocery was the closest. Sushi Pure in Eugene was amazing. Prince Puckler's Ice Cream was well worth the splurge. Erika was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

It was great to be able to walk to campus when we wanted to as well. The house offered plenty of space for our 3 kids. It was a bonus to have an office (with a a door!) as I needed to jump on to a work meeting. We also enjoyed the hot tub at night! If our child picks the University of Oregon, I know where I will be staying for our visits!

If you’re going to tour the school, do yourself a favor and rent the bikes on campus. Home was close to DT, shopping and restaurants. The master suite is downstairs with access to the backyard. Kiddos loved the hot tub and each having their own tv. Loved the modern kitchen( ok I’m actually a little jealous) and was beautifully decorated. If we ever go back to the area we would definitely stay there again! Erikas communication was amazing. Thanks for everything!

Completely renovated, well equipped and immaculate. Owner was excellent to work with and thought of every detail. Highly recommend. It is a great place to stay. Close to U of O especially Hayward Field.
