This location is perfect - close enough for a walk or easy bike ride to the village/pier area. The property was clean, comfortable and exactly as listed. And despite a few negative reviews on the check in process, we had zero problems. Would definitely stay here again!

Didn’t receive lockbox code until after check in time and only after I had to send a message. Dishwasher broke and had to hand wash dishes the entire time. Let’s just say when we were packing up to leave, we found a item that was left by a previous guest that was not very pleasant. On a positive note the grounds and location were great

Great complex, great unit. The host answered my questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again. Easy walking to restaurants, shopping and the pier.

Great Mini Vacation
We had to travel to the area to assist my daughter. In the end we ended up staying at Theresa's property on St. Simon's Island. The place was very nice and comfortable for the 4 of us and we had a great time as it was close to the beach.
We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

We were very happy with our stay. This is a quiet condo complex that offered a lot of on site activities and had good proximity to the village and the beach. We found the beds to be very comfortable, the condo to be very clean, and the property management company had great communication. Would definitely stay again!
