It was a super cute place with so many amenities- grill, laundry, kayaks, beach supplies and carts. We had an awesome time.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage had everything we needed and then some. Updated and clean; well stocked with towels and linens and kitchen stuff. Loved the outdoor amenities as well. We will be back!

My family has wanted to come to Manasota Key for many years and I am so thankful we found Shorebird!! We stayed here with 17 people, we all agreed that this was perfect and met all needs for our large group. Upon arrival the snacks and wine were a huge hit! Right away we felt welcomed and at home. We were able to put the bags down and walk a few blocks to the beach. We loved the location, so safe and quiet, just minutes away from the beach which allowed us to walk back and forth with ease. The added beach amenities were amazing, from the carts, to the chairs, umbrellas, shark tooth hunting tools, boogie boards, bikes, kayaks- Jen and Eddie thought of every last detail to make going to the beach fun and easy! We really loved that there were so many kitchen items that really helped cooking for 17 people so much easier- it was also so handy having the little kitchen items like lunch baggies and foil, very impressive touches. We also all loved the outdoor shower- it made it so handy to get clean after a day at the beach. We used the BBQ area every night and utilized the screened in porches and outdoor seating. Everyone slept very comfortable in the nice beds. It was an added bonus to have laundry access right there at the house. The kids looked forward to boogie boarding each night at sunset in the warm waters of the Gulf We felt so welcomed right away and Jen and Eddie were very fast to respond to messages. Thank you so much for making a memorable stay for our family!

This is a super cute cottage with lots of amenities for both enjoying yourself at the beach or staying cozy at the cottage. We loved the screened in porch and the fire pit, and the beach cart was so helpful for the short walk to the water.

We would 100% recommend this property! Jen has thought of everything which made our life easy. Loved the outdoor shower, all the beach stuff for us to use, the screened porch, laundry, and grill. And the little lizards were a hit with our 4 year old! We will stay here again for sure.

We couldn't have been happier with every detail and beyond that the host could think of to make our stay at these cottages once again - absolutely perfect. If visiting Englewood or the area, these cottages are consistently clean, fresh, and are always better than described. Thank you!

The property was just as described & more. Everything you need for your stay. The cottage was beautiful & totally functional. Great to have laundry, bikes, & kayaks available. The outside area was amazing as well. Cottage was super clean. We had a very small issue & the owner was there almost immediately to fix the small problem. Location was close to everything! Highly recommend.

Very peaceful and relaxing, lots of attention to detail inside and outside of the property, close to beaches and the communication with the host is the best I have ever experienced. They literally thought of everything! We will be back for sure!

We had an amazing weekend in the must beautiful home. Perfectly renovated with all the amenities needed for a great beach experience. Fully stocked kitchen! Details everywhere from games to snacks and a delicious bottle of wine.

The house is beautiful. It was so nice to have the bikes, paddleboards and kayaks available to use during our stay. Super close the the public beach access and Stump Pass State Park. The patio and outdoor area was great place to spend time after a day at the beach. 10/10, would stay again.

This bungalow was amazing!! So comfortable and clean. The goody basket upon arrival was such a sweet touch! The location was great. They had all the things needed for the beach and the bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards were a nice bonus. We will be back for sure! Highly recommend a stay here!

I've stayed at a lot of Florida beach places over the years. This one was exceptional. Every detail had thoughtful attention. Delightful property
The property is as charming and as clean as it looks online. It had been recently renovated. The owner provided a welcome basket of snacks and a bottle of wine. The kitchen was well equipped. On site bicycles, kayaks, beach towels, beach chairs etc were provided. The air conditioning was very quiet. The screened-in patio was our happy place. We hope to return next year.

This was our 1st time in Manasota Key and this place provides everything you need to make it a 5 star experience!! Cozy, comfortable, clean and fully appointed. We appreciated how quite the area around the cottage was to make for a very relaxing environment for our vacation. Hosts were very responsive to messages.

Wonderful Respite from Life
Went to discover the joy of Manasota. The relaxation found in the sun, the waves, the birds and dolphins, on this special place was all I imagined and more. Just allow yourself to get caught up in the rhythms of nature for awhile and not in the ticking of the clock. You will feel restored after. The extras and thoughtful amenities of this place were wonderful and the friends we made around the fire will be lasting. Thank you, Jen and Eddie for a vacation I won't ever forget.

Wonderful place and hosts!
The property was great, and I can't say enough about the owners. They were so very accommodating. They had a gift basket for us when we checked in. They even re-booked out stay to match our re-scheduled flights when weather cancelled out flight to Florida. We hope to stay there again some day.

This property was absolutely wonderful. We LOVED our stay. It was super clean and exactly as described. The amenities that were provided were EXCELLENT! Thank you so much for the wine, snacks, k-cups, etc.. Having all of the beach accessories was OUTSTANDING! Loved being able to bike into Englewood to enjoy the beach and the restaurants. Stump Pass was so beautiful and we were shocked at the amount of shells that were on the beach. Unfortunately, we were unable to find any shark teeth - but we heard to get their early in the morning if you want a chance to find any. We used the bonfire each night and thoroughly enjoyed that. Cannot say enough excellent things about this property. Would love to come back with our kids and other family members to enjoy the property again. THANK YOU!!
