The location of this property is a dream come true. The property was clean, quiet, and felt like home. The beds were extremely comfortable!! We had an issue with the golf cart and had to call the local person multiple times to come fix it. That resulted in us not having a gold cart for a full day and having to pay for taxis. So it was inconvenient and I did have to get other people on the property to help me figure out the issue. The local person did go above and beyond to help the best they could. We finally realized that the previous tenants put diesel in the vehicle which was causing it to stall. Luckily, no damage was done! It looks like a brand new golf cart. Outside of that, we had the most amazing time and would definitely return to The Hamilton Cove. If anyone is looking to stay in Catalina, this is the place.

First of all, this place is immaculately taken care of. It was very clean and spacious for our family of six. We were all very comfortable with the sleeping arrangements and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking views from the HUGE balcony and could see the cruise ships as they came and left the island. There is a private beach a few flights of stairs below where the kids enjoyed swimming. The pool is very close to the unit as well, and the kids really enjoyed that too. Our Hosts Amber and Anna were very responsive with any questions we had and the communication was top notch before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the island. Thank you for the stay!

We enjoyed our stay @ this property. It is a very tight community and we had very loud people around us (loudly talking till 2 am) both nights of our stay. Be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs to get to the unit and there aren't curtains in the living room. Bring a sleep mask if you're going to try to sleep on the sofa bed.

This was a girls trip, and was thrilled when we arrived to see that the description of this unit was exactly what we had expected. The decor and the views were amazing. Having coffee every morning on the patio taking in the gorgeous sunrise. Great location, just steps away from the pool. Having the golf cart was a great addition. The manager was very responsive when we had any questions and was truly concerned that we were taken care of. Definitely will be returning.

I have stayed in Hamilton cove at least 10 times over the last 15 years and this property had one of the best views and longest balcony. We enjoyed perfect sunrises and sunsets with great views of ocean and Palos Verdes Peninsula in the distance. Definitely will return again.

Our familiy of 4 adults and 1 teen enjoyed a great visit to Catalina at this beautiful property! The ocean view is amazing, interior is nicely decorated and comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms have many amenities, pool and spa were a nice plus, and the location is a short golf cart ride to Descanso Beach and town. We would love to return to this home again soon!

Though the weather wasn’t ideal — my girlfriend and I had a phenomenal weekend. The condo is gorgeous and thoughtfully decorated. Extremely cozy as we spent half the time inside away from the rain. Even through the fog and cloudy weather the view from the balcony was stunning. Wonderful location away from town but close enough to get right into the mix of town in 5 minutes , with the golf cart provided. Having the golf cart was such a nice perk to booking with Amber. We are already planning our return to this exact listing. Will be referring to all my friends and family!

Beautiful unit, view and property. Tastefully decorated throughout. Loved having the use of golf cart to go into town. The owner Amber was very easy to reach and knowledgeable. Please note there are about 50 steps to get to this unit. The view and deck is amazing, but just know that when booking in case it makes a difference for you. We enjoyed our time there. Thank you

It’s truly stunning the view from this condo. The place itself is large, comfy, and nicely decorated. The only thing I wish can improve is the towels in the master bathroom, they look like collecting dust from not being used for a long while.

Just perfect! Such a lovely villa, we loved everything about it. From the cozy beds, to the well stocked kitchen, to the comfy couch and of course to the beautiful view. We will be back!

The hardware can use some update though. Drain in the bath tub does not work. Hot water went out very fast. One person took a bath, then there is no hot water for the other two person who also needed shower. There is an ant problem. Finally, I wish the host will consider not having guests top off the gas for the golf cart. It’s a hassle to drive all the way out to gas station. Those carts are very efficient. They don’t use that much gas. We drove out quite far to add one gal of gas.

My wife and I stayed here for her birthday and couldn't have asked for a better place! It was spacious, clean, and the views were incredible from every part of the home! Having the golf cart was an absolute gem to explore the town all that Hamilton Cove has to offer! I would highly recommend anyone coming to Catalina to rent this place!

The condo is serene, beautifully decorated in the Catalina Beach Theme, the bedding is fantastic, the kitchen well stocked. the wine glasses to die for, the view is beyond fantastic and the patio is awesome.
I really can't say enough nice things. We feel like we have come home every time we stay here.

View and property in front prime location. No cart rentals, so it was quite private and quiet. The pots and pans are too scratched to be usable, esp being non-stick, but everything else was very nice

What a beautiful location, we will be coming back 100% the property had every amenity needed! I promise there will be no regrets staying at 4-15. My only small complaint was that we had a noise complaint on Saturday right after the sun went down, we were having a dinner wt 8 guest total in the condo for his 40th bday .(we had 4 friends stay at another condo a few doors down) that was kinda weird since it was a Saturday and barely 9pm . Besides it being super quite area, I’ll still be coming back.
Amber & Veronica were super sweet and friendly which made the booking and getting situated very easy and painless. Love it all!
