The location and neighborhood was great! So convenient to everything.

The noise from above (heavy walking) was a little distracting but certainly not a deal breaker. I didn't have experience with Roku so getting the local news and weather was a challenge.

42$ for accidentally taking a towel the things are 1$ at a dollar store. If I owned an Airbnb I would definitely never charge that much for a towel. ESPECIALLY wouldve thought it was an accident with just one towel missing. I am leaving a review on it. Thanks for taking my phone bill money over a piece of cloth! I tried to go out of my own way to tidy up even though I was charged a cleaning fee and didn’t have to clean anything. I guess that’s where I made my mistake I should’ve just left the mess, instead of having the heart and respect to clean up for you! I also checked my belongings and didn’t find a towel, there were only two bath towels in the apartment and I left them both in the washer that I could remember but could’ve accidentally taken it. I offered to look for it and send it back to them but I didn’t get a response. if you rent from them bring your own towels just in case, because accidents do happen!

False Advertising. This is not a private 2 bedroom apartment, it is 2 rooms in some families basement. There are children running around upstairs. The mattress on both beds are thin like futons. There is no smoking section or private parking so you have to walk a block back to your vehicle & drive down the street everytime you need a cigarette, then spray your clothes down because you are not allowed to enter the property smelling like tobacco or marijuana. The toaster oven was ridiculously filthy, there were crumbs underneath the couch, used bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, used condiments in the refrigerator. None of this is listed in the description so please be aware before you pay for this non refundable stay in someone basement prison!!!
