The Cottage was in a great location to town, very clean and very comfortable. Stocked with all the kitchen equipment. We wish there were comfortable Adirondack chairs or rockers to enjoy the backyard.

This house was on the main road on the edge of Kennebunkport making it easy to walk to town and enjoy all that the town offers without having to figure out parking. The house was clean and in the lovely condition it appears online. We had 1 mix up with a bed needing sheets but with a quick text was immediately rectified. Great house, great location. We didn’t cook because of all the great restaurants but the kitchen is fully stocked. Wonderful place!!

This property advertises a Queen bed in the second bedroom, but it is only a Full size and it is in poor condition. We would not have booked this property had we known the true make-up of the beds. The rest of the house is very nice.

We had a great time in Kennebunk. The home was immaculate, super cute, and very roomy and comfortable. This spot was very conveniently located near great dining and shopping, but was also central enough to see many of the local towns on the coast with just a short drive.

Lovely well equipped home walking distance from restaurants, shopping, docks, etc. The cottage is updated with large bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. We picked a bad week to be there and did not realize there's no A/C. The exterior lock is a real challenge and super frustrating (it consistently times out before the 10 digit code can be entered). The cottage sits on a busy road with a narrow drive and no place to turn around. I'm sure it's not an issue in the off season. Overall, we appreciated the cottages but will likely not book again for the reasons noted.

We arrived it was oppressive heat with all windows shut. The stench from the swamp the property is on was overwhelming. To open the windows you could taste it, running fans did not offer relief. We went out and purchased 4 additional fans. I contact Vacasa the first time at 1:30am when we could not get relief from the smell or the heat. We were told there would be a service tech arriving Monday. I contacted them by phone and e-mail over the next three days and each day I was assured someone would come and check on the property. No one came. The surround property neighbors (I can provide their names and contact info) claim the stench is prevelant everyday throughout the summer months and more so in the heat. We had accommodations with bugs running around on the sinks and there is not sleeping for 6. I have photos of that 3rd bed which was not a bed it was a PAD not a mattress, and it sat in the swamp the window was directly on the first floor over the smelliest part of the property. The property is a health hazard and the management company did not honor the service agreement. We request the refund we deserve and will proceed with legal steps if necessary. Outrageous as it is all documented in the messages as well as the 4 calls that I spent a minimum of 30-50 minutes a day.
