Had a wonderful time with family at this spacious townhome. Convenient to beach and pool. Beautifully decorated with all we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the porches off of the bedrooms for morning coffee. Elevator a plus. Hosts very attentive to our needs. Looking forward to booking there again.

The townhouse was perfect for our stay and Chris was great at communicating about when the house would be ready and answered all of our questions. The kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms were all spacious and comfortable, and the neighborhood is friendly and quiet. The back deck is just steps from the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. There is a short walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes. There are groceries, restaurants, and ice cream within 1-2 miles, yet you are far enough from the busy areas of Atlantic Beach that it feels quiet and safe for young kids. Great place and we would stay there again!

I am just echoing past reviews that I have read. Our family enjoyed our stay. The property was neat, clean and very well stocked. Chris was a great host, he communicated clear instructions on Saturday (our arrival day) and also quickly got back to me the week before our trip on a few questions that I had.

This property is a wonderful place for a family vacation. It’s a short walk to the beach, and steps to the pool. The elevator is a real plus when bringing luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The owner is very responsive as well. We would highly recommend it, and would go back again!

Couldn’t ask for more! This condo was very well stocked with all the comforts of home and then some! The location is just great! The pool is just steps outside the back door and the playground is straight our the front door! What more could a grandparent want when on vacation with the grand baby who is 2 years old! We will be returning for sure!!

Great Community
The elevator was an added bonus. It made taking luggage up to the third floor a breathe. Our older was actually able to sleep in the room with her parents as she can no longer able to climb stairs.
The owner was amazingly responsive during check-in and check-out. We had no reason to contact him otherwise because everything went smoothly. The welcome binder has picture directions in case you are a visual person.
The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, mixing bowls and strainers. The furniture was well made and beautiful. The house has a functional layout so it feels spacious.

Great location, well maintained property, nice spot for a family beach trip
This is a very nice property, this unit and the whole complex. Short walk to the Beach, nice pool right outside your back door. Unit is well stocked with supplies and very good communication from the owner. We'd love to come back some time.

Convenient town house
Well appointed town house with access to the pool about a dozen steps from the patio and easy 5 minute access to the beach without stairs even though it is across the main road from the beach (but there is a crosswalk). Beach was nice but small compared to some locations and sand was soft so not as good as some for walking the beach. Owner responded promptly to one problem discovered the first night and was able to provide an early check in time, so very pleased with his attention to these requests. Overall a very nice property!

Vacation 2021
We had a great stay. The townhouse was perfect and very well stocked with supplies. All you need is your clothes. Pool was fantastic and only 5 steps from the back door. There were lots of families with babies which was perfect for us as we had our 2 month old granddaughter. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous place
Excellent location, 1 block from beach. Pool enjoyed by all. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Place was beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen, very clean and neat. Close to lots of activites and great places to dine. We will definitely be back!
