Everything about our stay was great, convenient location, park on the 2nd level and walk right to the condo without taking a elevator, it was clean and comfortable and decorated very nicely, I will stay there again!!

The condo had it all. A girls college rewunion and some husbands. Could walk to restaurants, Lazy river, pool and beach right there. Clean and looked like much thought put into condo but could use a welcome book with helpful hints,,,,for example 6 Villanova grads could not find the murphy bed right away. even before cocktails. Other than that, no issues and condo was great!

We had a wonderful stay. Great location in north mrytle beach, we were able to get to many site seeing adventures with minimal drive. Property is located on the beach which is a great perk. Loved the condo being on the 2nd floor adjacent to garage entrance which helped with getting to the beach easier and not having to lug so much stuff with us each time. The entire room was well maintained and updated decor. The ocean bay club itself is a little dated, but was no hinderance on our stay personally. We had plenty of room for the 11 of us that stayed and plenty of dishes/untensils which was a plus. I highly recommend. The water pressure was low, but unable to be helped. I believe the problem is with the main property itself. I will say the king bed mattress in the master attached to the patio, is a little hard for our liking, but might be ok for others. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and made many family memories.

This property is spacious, VERY clean, and had all of the amenities for a great stay for our party of 8.
The location of the unit is perfect! The balcony overlooks the lazy river and the beach. You are steps from the beach. It is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.
There was security 24/7 so we felt very safe and, they ensured the rules for the pool and lazy river were being followed which made for a better experience for all!
If you are looking for an “on the beach” experience, highly recommend this property!!!

We loved the Condo! Perfect walking distance to beach, pools, restaurants and shopping. Short car ride anywhere else. Clean, owner very easy to talk with and helped with all my questions. Highly recommend! We hopefully will get to return.

Beautiful property! Very conveniently located, easy access to beach restaurants shops and grocery store. Our family enjoyed our week. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. We look forward to spending more time here in the future.

Beautifully decorated, well appointed condo. Well-insulated, quiet dwelling. Due to weather, we spent a lot of time doing inside activities. It was especially nice to have such a comfortable space for this. Highly recommend this property. The owner was easy to contact.

Great place to beach it, shop and relax. Lots of restaurants and shops in very short walking distance. Steps away to beach. Condo nicely decorated and clean. Beds were comfortable too!

The condo was well kept and updated. The pools were closed due to fence issues. This was not relayed to us. It was nice being right on the ocean, but the pools provide a different recreational activity that we planned around.

After planning a very small wedding within 2 months I decided to reserve a condo for myself, my 2 daughters, my sister and my best friend to spend some girl time together prior to the beach ceremony. I am beyond happy with the quick responses from the owner with every question I had. The condo was exactly as pictures, simply chic and absolutely lovely. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

This rental is wonderful! There was enough space for my two other siblings family along with myself and my family! The host were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had along with explaining certain things in detail! Not only was the condo spacious, it was also gorgeous and was equipped with most of everything we needed. The condo had a nice ocean view, and easily accessible from the parking garage! I will be renting again!

This was our second summer staying in this condo. We stayed a week with our children and their SOs (all 20-22). There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is stocked well enough to cook easy meals. Having a washer and dryer is a must when coming back from the beach with sandy clothes and towels. We were pleased to have a vacuum time to keep the sand cleaned up. Buoy’s, a block away, has great food, sushi and drinks for reasonable prices. 4:00-6:00 happy hour has so,e good deals for food and drinks both. We ended up eating there repeatedly. There’s a wooden walkway that leads directly to the beach from the ground floor equipped with several hoses and showers to rinse the sand off yourself and your gear when returning from the beach. Don’t forget to bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Regular towels are supplied but not beach towels. This condo is nicely decorated, clean, in a great location, has good parking and makes for a great family vacation spot.

Everything was perfect! The place was very clean, decorated absolutely beautifully and the location was phenomenal! Communication was excellent, we are definitely coming back!

Great location
Great location, walking distance to food, bars, ice cream, and souvenirs. The condo was clean, adequate equipment for cooking, and had a beautiful view. Easy access from the parking garage to the condo and then to pool/beach area. The only negative was an encounter with the HOA office woman. Also, the lazy river is not heated and only had 3 inter tubes to use.
