Netjes en ruim appartement. Mooie badkamer en keuken. Locatie dichtbij Mehane Jehuda markt. Erg gezellig.

Amazing apartment, super comfy beds (I have a bad back and I felt like I was at my bed at home), perfect location next to the Machane Yehuda market, super responsive staff! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a better apartment booking. Everything was immaculately cleaned and the staff fixed anything that needed attention. Great views from balcony and roof.
As with any apartment booking, some things were broken, but the staff fixed it immediately.
No parking space but there is a lot nearby (closed on Shabbat).

The service and check-in online was clear and very easy. We arrived on Saturday (Shabbat) and the communication for those who observe it was clear and helpful. Communication with the company was at all times quick and helpfu. This property was clean , airy, comfortable bed with lovely sheets nice terrace. The building is set down a small pedestrian street and was very quiet. A fashionable and smart lobby area makes you feel you have arrived at a retro boutique premises. The door locking and opening mechanism was very helpful and efficient. If you are looking for an apartment which is close to excellent transport links ( 2 stops on the light rail to the Main Train station, and 4 stops away from the centre of Jerusalem , City Hall or Damscus Gate , this is your place , Easy to.get food from close by shops .no, I don't work for the company! We would definitely stay here again !

Very good location, walking distance to railway station, close to the tram stop. The apartment is nice and new. Very good community.
The sofa is dirty, looks like the host forget to clean it, I put a sheet on it, not a big deal. AND, the construction site across the road start working from 7am!!! Do not expact to sleep after they start working.

We loved the kitchen.. Very good and helped us to make our own food.
The old rug / (carpet) under the sofa bed is so dirty and unhealthy. Must be thrown out.

I scanned my passport and credit card as requested but wasted 2-3 hours messaging your staff ... and in the end they said there was nothing wrong!

Didn't realize there was a system to capture water from the dryer so we couldn't understand why the dryer kept going off. Didn't know that we needed to turn on the water heater if sun hadn't been shining

Quiet, good location, easy in and out. Good bed., I have been to Mr Agrippa several times travelling for work to Jerusalem and was always a good choice
Should have more plugs on the walls, only one in the living room. Hot water is fine as long as you remember to switch it on every night.

My husband and I stayed in various apartments at Mr Agrippas (in Jerusalem) run by TLV2GO. Communication with the team at TLV2GO was easy and swift, apartments were all immaculately clean, beds were huge and comfy, and kitchens were well equiped. All the staff with liaised with were professional and answered our questions in a timely manner. The location was great - afew minutes to machane yehuda market and Jaffa street and the city centre. Great value for money compared to other hotels hence we extended our stay on multiple occasions. We will definitely be back!

the need to press for hot water and then to wait for an hour; not enough hot water
needed more basic amenities such as hand soap for bathroom, trash bin liners (could not find at market so had to borrow from friend), paper goods (toilet paper),
not enough dish towels for kitchen

The accomodation is great for the value, you have all you need in the apartment and we were very pleased. Customer service is also great.

Apartment was clean, located in a superb area close to Central Bus station and tram line. Overall, my experience was excellent.
Check out time was rigid with little room for flexibility.
