A fantastic, well appointed spot minutes from the beach and also close to Florida State Parks and Amelia Island attractions. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and the property manager was excellent. 5-Stars!

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fernandina Shores. The location was great; just a short walk to the beach, putt putt, Salt Life restaurant and snow cones and ice cream!
This unit was also very close to the pool.
I would have loved a longer water hose on the back deck or maybe a little outdoor shower for better rinsing of sand after a beach day. But we made the short water hose work for us.
The unit was very clean. The bedding and towels were very comfortable.
The only thing that I didn't love were the roku TVs. I'm used to cable, so this took some getting used to. But it was OK. I wasn't really there to watch TV anyway.
The games available were really nice. We enjoyed a night of game playing.
I would definitely recommend this location for all of these reasons and more!

We LOVED our stay! The property worked well for our group, and the location was perfect. The little touches were really thoughtful - nice soaps, cozy blankets (it was winter), lovely decor, shelves full of books and games. Parking was easy and the beach was only a short walk away. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island at this quaint condo! With the 4 minute walk to the beach, we spent Christmas morning watching the sun rise over the ocean. The condo size was great for our family and though we brought our own games and books, we were pleasantly surprised by the bookcase with many books to read and games to play. We only watched one movie during our stay, but it was nice to see Disney Plus and other streaming options available. We had a little glitch on arrival as I did not read the instructions in detail enough to catch which entrance to take, but fortunately Stacie responded quickly to our call and we then found the condo easily. She checked in the day after our arrival to see if we needed anything. The only (minor) issue at the time was the lights over the master bed would not turn on as the batteries needed replacing. Stacie quickly responded to my text and dropped off batteries for us. The beds were very comfortable. One consideration that might be remedied for future renters is the stairs squeak/creak when going up/down them, which makes being quiet difficult. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. Thank you!

Perfect weekend retreat!
We have friends that own property in this complex and decided to come down and enjoy a weekend with them. It is the cleanest and most taken care of rental we have ever stayed at! The beds were comfortable, there was coffee, and fully stocked kitchen. This was our first visit to Amelia and we will for sure be back and stay with this host again!
