We stayed at Philip's place for 2 weeks and it was the perfect vacation. The house and amenities were exactly as described. The house was spacious and clean and we had everything we could need for two weeks. Philip was so communicative and helpful. Before the trip he let us know what was not at the house so we could pack accordingly. He checked on us multiple times, offering suggestions for food and activities and went above and beyond coming to the house multiple times to empty the trash for us.
The house is conveniently located to all the local attractions and the tiny beach at the end of the road provided the perfect destination when we didn't want to travel far or just needed to launch a kayak.
I highly recommend this property, or renting any property Philip lists.

We had a wonderful time renting this property. The house had modern updates. The kitchen was perfectly supplied and great location to wineries, breweries and beaches. The owner was easily reached and extremely accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and are very thankful.

My family and I are from the area, and knew we wanted a house that was on a quiet road and close to the water so we could tap into everything we love about the north fork. The house was extremely clean and well appointed for renters, and we enjoyed the backyard seating area for our meals. The beds were all very comfortable and we loved the outdoor shower too. By far, the best part is the short walk to a small beach at the end of the street - heaven for coffee lovers! Phil was great to communicate with while we were there too!

Our family had a great stay at Philip's house. We felt welcome from the start with a very thoughtful welcome gift.The house was very clean and was the perfect size to accommodate our extended family vacation. The house is newly renovated and we appreciated all the new appliances, updated bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, AC, comfy beds, and outdoor space. Having use of the storage space in the laundry room was a big bonus and helped us be able to enjoy our time together in the living room and kitchen area.
We enjoyed the small bay beach at the end of the street and taking walks along the bay when the tide allowed. It was a convenient location to many great restaurants and wineries. We really enjoyed our time at Philip's place and all that the North Fork had to offer.

We have 2 young boys & my nephew who is 9 months old. There was plenty of room to sleep for 2 families and the rooms are big with multiple beds. The outdoor space is large & inviting complete with a grill, lounge space & dining table for 8. The outdoor shower was great to use when we came back from the beach each day. This is a perfect place to rent & Phil was a great host! He is great at communicating and helpful in all situations.
**I believe due to Covid - The house does not have linens or towels so we did have to bring our own. Just something to know beforehand so you can plan accordingly.**
