This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The property is right downtown and in easy walking distance to everything downtown has to offer.
Great amenities, balcony overlooking the parking lot, and nice touches like some Christmas decorations.
Loud garbage truck emptying a dumpster behind the property about 7:00 AM, but nothing can be done about that really.
Would definitely stay here again!

The direction for parking and entrance were excellent. We enjoyed the location and walked everywhere in Dunedin. The furnished house had everything we needed including cooler for the boat trip.

Beautiful condo with more space than we expected. Towing huge bedrooms and huge bathrooms. The pictures do not do the space justice. If you want to experience downtown Dunedin, there is no better choice - steps (literally) away from Main Street shops, restaurants, bars and all Dunedin has to offer. Our daughter asked if there was any chance we could move in permanently!

Second floor unit was perfect for two middle couples. Elevator and reserved parking spaces were a bonus. Location, security and furnishings were ideal. Landlord was very responsive to our needs. We will certainly return when in the area.

This second floor condo was in the heart of downtown. Restaurants and nightlife galore. During the day you can walk for hours exploring the area or hop in the car and have a beach day (owners provide beach chairs and towels for that). I will be back!

Pros:
Very clean and very spacious.
Comfortable beds.
Well appointed.
Easy walking to lots of restaurants, ice cream shop, etc.
Hosts are attentive to any issues.
Cons:
Noisy... 1. something in the building (rooftop A/C unit?) would kick on repeatedly through the night and made an unnerving electric humming sound. Loud enough to wake my wife and me several times each night. 2. I guess they empty the dumpsters every morning??? 3. Someone was up at 5am on a Saturday with a moving truck right below the primary bedroom, dragging stuff around and making a racket. I don't recommend this location if you are a light sleeper.
Entering and exiting is a bit of a pain as you have 3 locked doors and an elevator to contend with. If you don't lock each of the doors immediately, the hosts contact you within seconds. They live next door. Kind of feels like you are being monitored 24/7.
All the windows and the balcony face a parking lot, dumpsters and power lines.

Very clean and spacious condo with all you need for overnight stays. Location is perfectly located in the middle of everything (restaraunts, bars, gift shops, ice cream store) in downtown district all within walking distance. My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again and also recommend this property to others. Two thumbs Up!!

You can’t beat the location. Really nice condo in the heart of downtown Dunedin. Nice space for four people with two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Only problem was the garbage truck that picked up the garbage at 6 AM on Saturday morning.

My daughter and grandson and I stayed at Jorge and Christine's luxury apartment right on Main Street in downtown Dunedin. It was perfect! The place was immacuately clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Even though we were downtown, the apartment was very quiet and very secure. As promised, being in downtown Dunedin was lots of fun!
Although our hosts are in the same building, the layout is so well designed and the building is so quiet, that we did not run into each other except upon our arrival and when we had an issue with the door. And then Jorge gave me a wonderful explanation of their plans for the building. So interesting!!
I definitely recommend this delightful apartment! I can't wait to come back.

This is one of the cleanest places we have stayed. From the apartment to the elevator. The owners were very friendly and responsive. The location is great. You are almost in downtown Dunedin. You can walk anywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

Apt was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Amazing master suite and 2nd BR. Fully equipped kitchen with large granite island. Washer & dryer. Large balcony. Elevator. Reserved parking space. Hosts lived next door and were helpful & friendly. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful apartment. Take elevator to second floor of a building built like a fortress. Outside noises stay outside. Great central location with shops and restaurants within a few steps. Well appointed living room, kitchen, spacious bedrooms, each with private bath.

The little town of Dunedin has kept its charm and appeal, despite its closeness to Clearwater Beach. The location, ambiance and amenities of this apartment are as good as it gets. Everything positive that has been written in other reviews is completely accurate. I visited Dunedin this January because my usual destination, Sanibel Island, was not accessible, and I hope to return to Dunedin on a regular basis.

The condo is very spacious and well appointed with everything needed for a relaxing stay. It was great to be able to walk out the door and go to all the shops, bars, restaurants, parks, and the pier. The kitchen had everything needed to cook or have happy hour.
One thing to remember is that the condo is on Main Street, therefore it can be noisy, such as 7am garbage collection.
