Stayed at the house with my husband, adult children and partners. The house was extremely well equipped, clean and tidy with plenty of space for everyone. Roy was a very responsive host and the check in process was excellent! It was a decent walk to the beach and town, but definitely walking distance. Would recommend.

From first opening the front door, we felt welcome in this beautiful, tranquil and amazing, spacious home.
The layout of this house, gorgeous decor, cleanliness throughout, plus all the extra bits and pieces really made our stay a perfect one.
The location is in a quiet suburb, which was very relaxing and the sounds of kookaburras and other birds really added to the atmosphere. Being close to the beach was ideal.
Roy was a wonderful host and we will definitely be staying longer next time.
The photos on the website is one thing, but this home is just stunning.

We had a wonderful time. House was perfect and location spot on. Threw the car keys on the table and hardly used again. Great walks, beaches and restaurants. Roy was an excellent communicator and would definitely recommend families take advantage of this property.

From the moment you step in the door you felt as if you were in your own home. The owners have thought of everything that you need to enjoy your stay. All that we really needed to take was our clothes and food, everything else was there. The property was immaculately clean and maintained. We would definitely recommend the property to family and friends.

The ducted air conditioning was great.
Alternatively we turned the air con off for Christmas day and had drinks and nibblies outside as the breeze from the front balcony and back yard doors being opened was very welcoming.
This property is a decent walk to the beach, approximately 10 minutes. Well worth the walk in peak season.

Our teens loved their own space downstairs and us grown-ups up stairs. Plenty of space and very comfortable for the five of us.

Excellent kitchen with sharp knives! Very clean, bedding and towels brand new. Central to terrigal township and Erina Fair shopping. Great location for walks. Great bbq facility and huge oven and cooktop. Plenty of glasses and plates. Roy and Angie very easy and accommodating for all our needs. Really looking forward to coming back

What a wonderful experience. House was fantastic and the contact with the owner was faultless. Plenty of room to move, extremely clean and the house facilities were great. We even received a welcome hamper.Only one downside was the lack of street parking for my boat due to 2 boats and a trailer parked on the road out the front of the house.
