The property was perfect. Even more impressive in person than in the pictures. We had such a fun and relaxing time. We would love to stay in the same place again.

On Saturday, the day before our departure, there were 3 people knocking on our front door, at approximately 130 pm. I assumed they were the cleaning crew because they had cleaning supplies with them. One of them asked me, “why are you still here? You were supposed to be gone this morning.” I was panicking because I was afraid we made a mistake and did not departure on the correct day. I ran back inside to grab my phone to check our itinerary. We were correct that our departure was the next day. I went back to the door to speak with the cleaners and I saw them just entering the elevator to leave. They made no apology as it was their mistake. I assume they were in the wrong building. Anyway I thought it was very rude and unprofessional of them to at best make an apology as to their mistake. My family and I were upset and disheveled over the incident. Also, the lack of garbage bags, dish soap, and paper towels was a joke. They gave us one extra garbage bag, a mini bottle of dish soap and one roll of paper towels. Buying the smallest box of garbage bags at the store was about ten dollars and we really only needed three or four. When you are packing for the condo bring a few extra items from home. Overall, our condo was clean, had a beautiful Oceanside view, nice amenities, and very relaxing. I would rate the experience at four stars.

My husband, sister and brother in law spent a wonderful 5 days in the condo. We are planning our trip next year for the same unit.

The room was exactly as advertised, Elegant and Top Notch!! A Perfect getaway for a family who wants to enjoy the sun in the sand and relax in a Beautiful Condo in the evening. The only thing negative to say, "Would be the extra hour we had to wait to check into are room which was a little irritating due to the fact we drove from TX and got their a couple hours early hoping to check-in early if it was available ". Instead I received a call saying we would have to wait an additional hour before checking in. They did however offer a late check out, but when you live far you can't really capitalize on a late check out. Also, bring extra cleaning amenities for you and the whole family.(i.e. Laundry Soap, Dishwasher Detergent and Toilet Paper are a few examples) They don't supply enough in my opinion for a Family of 4 or More.

The property was just as expected, actually better in person! Lots of space. Wonderful location!! Very comfortable and clean. Love the welcome bag goodies (nice touch). We are definitely staying in Phoenix II again! Superseded our expectations and the lazy river pool was a hit with our kiddos!

It exceeded our expectations! The condo was very spacious, plenty of towels in all 3 bathrooms, great view, comfortable beds, and great location! The property was clean, well kept, secure and had plenty of parking! My texts were answered promptly. No issues during our stay.

Was one of the best if not the best properties we've stayed at in the past 40 years. That tells you how old I am LOL!

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo couldn't have been more perfect and absolutely beautiful!! It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We would definitely stay there again, we were very sad to leave. We did not have 1 thing to complain about.

Really enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms windows face the hallway and elevators which isn’t ideal, but the view from the balcony makes up for it. Kids loved the pools!

I really regret having to give such a low rating. The apartment was comfortable, very clean, and well furnished. Beds were great, kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Convenient to everything. The staff was lovely. However: Both bedroom windows overlook not just a hallway but a brightly lit elevator lobby, and even with curtains, a fair amount of light and noise gets in. A very heavy sleeper might not mind, but we would not rent this condo again for this reason. I shared this feedback with the property owners prior to leaving this review, and got the impression they intend to address it, but in the meantime you might want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask just in case.

My son and husband took a fishing charter from Zeke's Marina just across the street and we enjoyed being able to walk across the street for donuts in the morning.
