The room smells bad and many cockroaches. The building doesn't have an elevator. And you can hear the noise of the train and jeepneys outside.

Everything was good and staff so nice and compromise 😊 i like to stay again there

rooms are noisy because of the road. at reception there are a list of rules stating that people must be quite whilst in the hotel, this seemed to only apply to me and my girlfriend as for the next few reasons below Staff are not polite and also very noisy, one staff member was singing at 4:30am, another had decided to clean the room next to ours just after midnight making loads of noise (please see the picture with time stamp) The people next door had loud music from 3am and only turned it down after I banged on their door. The fire alarm went off twice because someone was smoking in the non smoking hotel, the staff did nothing about it. the rooms had a lot of cockroaches. The sink leaked underneath, as well as the air-con unit which leaked over our bags. Pretty sure there was a dog barking in the reception area at one point too.

I dont like. Anything..room is dirty facilities is not good.

With insects and you can here the noise from the other room and they are not providing a receipt. I need a receipt

The room was very nice and clean. The air-conditioning was very good, it only took a few minutes to cool the room. The hot shower was superb. It maintained the hot shower without getting flashes of cold water. Staff is pretty accommodating. Easy access to the Metro. Would recommend this place
