The home is just as lovely as it looks in the photos and has to be the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Great location, amazing amenities, and extremely helpful hosts. My daughter didn’t want to leave and we didn’t either. Can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I went to college nearby so we wanted to do a weekend getaway with our daughter to go to the mountains and walk campus to relive the glory days for a bit. The house is amazing. Right at the base of the mountain, extremely close to the indoor water park. Right off of 33 to go to Harrisonburg. House is completely appointed and well labeled. Amazing property in a beautiful setting! The only thing we had to bring was food. Our daughter asked if we could move in. We’ll stay again when we make it back. Amazing!

I’ve stayed in numerous rentals and this house ranks high on the list for one of the best! Super clean, everything is thoughtfully organized and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. Excellent location close to the resort. Kids loved the game room! Absolutely perfect for our family. Will be back!

This was a beautiful home just as pictured on the Vrbo website. All the amenities made for a convenient stay for all our guests. The decor was beautiful and cozy. This home has comfortable beds, great TVs, a modern kitchen and an awesome back porch in which to relax. The game room in the basement was also thoroughly enjoyed by all. Whoever owns this home really did everything right. My entire family had a wonderful time making memories during our stay as my daughter graduated from JMU. We only wish we had found this gem sooner!

This house was just perfect. We traveled to Virginia for Thanksgiving and this house felt like home away from home. It’s beautiful, clean, fully stocked and beautiful. We could have had a better experience. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The owners thought of every detail. This home is wonderfully appointed. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and small appliances. The bathrooms provide shampoos, conditioners, body washes and lotions. The furnishings are updated and have a “cool vibe,” and the beds were so comfortable! The home is just beautiful.
We did have a very small issue when we first arrived, but the owners promptly communicated and remedied it. We were very pleased! I will definitely stay again in the future.

This home was lovely in every way! It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. We had everything we needed - and then more! The furnishings and amenities were upscale. The screened-in porch was a peaceful and comfy spot to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was quick and helpful. We loved our stay! Happy vacationing
From the moment we walked in the place we knew we were going to love it. They had everything you needed! The place is immaculate! We enjoyed entertaining with the family and playing games in the game room! We hung out outside in the screened in porch! Huge TV's and they had paper goods, teas, coffee and so much more! They gave us an early check in and check out!

The home is cozy. It was clean. The owner has provided everything for a stay, very thoughtful! The only thing I would say is I hope they had cleaned the outside patio. And there were a few bugs found but again it’s the area with lot of trees so common. But to say the least I would definitely stay there again.

It was NOT a Mass of Nutten!
It was better than we had anticipated. It was more than the photos showed and the amenities along with the courtesy heigene products was a bonus. The kitchen was super and the neighborhood was peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.

This home made for a perfect place for a weekend getaway. The kids had plenty to do with the water park and the playgrounds in the neighborhood and the grocery store close by with the beautiful and fully stocked kitchen provided everything we needed. Recommend 10/10!!

Fully Stocked!
This house had everything. It was so thoughtfully put together and stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and feel like home. It was so wonderfully decorated and it truly felt like home. Would absolutely recommend to others and stay again! One of the kids even said, "can we come back next year?"!! It was a great weekend!

This house is perfect! Very clean and great location. It's well maintained. Well stocked kitchen, things were easy to find! The game room was great for the kids (and us!) As well as the availability of smart TVs and streaming services. We had a great stay!

The house is gorgeous with wonderful view if the woods and gas chimneys that set the mood. Everything was organized, clean, labeled, and well written instructions with pictures for pretty much everything in the home. You could spend hours in the game room or enjoy a relaxing bubble bath. So much to do in the area from the water park across the street to eating ice cream at Kline's that is only a couple of minutes away. I will be coming back.

Everything was organized, clean, labeled, and well written instructions with pictures for pretty much everything in the home. You could spend hours in the game room or enjoy a relaxing bubble bath. This property felt like home away from home, with a property manager who thought of every single detail to make a stay a true vacation. From the fully stocked kitchen that is fit for a chef, which includes every kitchen item and appliance you could possibly conceive of, to the soaking tub after a long day of hiking, we could not have had a better home base. We played family games every single night in the basement game room and watched family movies on the beautiful Samsung TVs. We enjoyed complimentary coffee and tea on the deck outside each morning. If I was a parent of a JMU student, I would happily book this instead of a hotel and do the 15 minute drive. It is so worth it! We will be coming back every year. I wish I had six stars to give this owner!!!!!!!!
