We have stayed at many different Sanibel units over the last 15 years while vacationing in Gulf Shores. This condo is definitely one of the best. We will try to stay here next year if it is available. This condo had ample seating to eat dinner or while relaxing together. It would be a huge plus if the patio table and chairs would be switched out so that 6 people could eat together outside. The kitchen is very well equipped. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. The color scheme, cleanliness, etc. was very nice. There were some minor things that would be nice if they were fixed(a towel bar coming off the wall, missing t.p. holder and some doors don't latch). I would definitely recommend this condo.

We enjoyed our family vacation here! This condo is gorgeous and very spacious. We went crabbing at night and did an escape room, but most of our time was spent inside(it was very 🔥 hot), or in the pool. I highly recommend this rental!

This place is amazing!!! For our first vacation it couldn’t have been any better!!! The hill condo was clean and we comfortably slept 6! Love the kitchen appliances! Need to upgrade to some plastic cups! Over all OUTSTANDING STAY! We will be booking next summer as well! Loved that we got the corner condo too!!!

I literally have zero complaints. The condo itself exceeded my expectations. The check in and out process was a breeze. The condo is beautifully decorated and was so clean. In a great location as well and easy walk to the public beach. We will definitely be back!

We have never been to Gulf Shores and were thrilled with the location and resort. The condo was fully equipped and the kids loved the pool. The view from the balcony was lovely!! It is only about 2 miles from all of the action of the main strip. The property manager was quick to reply with any questions and we would book again!

We love this condo so much, we have spent several winters here. It’s always clean. The only complaint is the lighting is terrible. I would put brighter light bulbs in myself, but I can’t reach them. Maybe put some taller toilets in that aren’t suited for kindergartners. I know those are petty complaints because otherwise this condo is beautiful.

My family and friends had a great time staying at Sanibel 501. The views were great. We enjoyed the pool area nearly every day. There was always plenty of room around the pool. There was one little issue with a ceiling fan that was taken care of quickly. The condo had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the week we were there. I look forward to staying there again.

It wasn't all that bad but the room had a few problems like the ice machine wasn't working. The ice machine wasn't working down stairs. The showers curtains was nasty. They were very loud there on the other floors. I want be back.. and this property is not beach front either. Can't forget about the last minute parking fee what I found out by email heading down there.

The property looks just like the pictures. It is a beautiful condo.
The beach is close, BUT if you have infants or toddlers take note that the beach is across the street.
The company in charge of the property was very attentive as far as communicating quickly.

Condo is fantastic. Very roomy, plenty of closet and storage space. Washing machine was extremely loud, so don't start a load if anyone is sleeping. Storage closet where beach items are stored has a broken door. Beautiful views.

We had a wonderful time at this unit. The condo is lovely, very well stocked and beautifully decorated. Nice wide balcony facing the ocean, plus another smaller balcony off the master. Very easy walk to the beach and right on the path around the waterway. Owners/managers responded quickly to a question we had late on the night before Thanksgiving. My family and I had a great time at Sanibel 501. The facility is very well maintained and clean. The facility management is very helpful as well.
The condo management was very helpful and responded to our text very quickly with information to help during initial checkin.
The condo was newly remodeled, very clean, roomy, nicely decorated and well stocked. The condo accommodated our party of eight very comfortably. The ocean view was beautiful and access to the beach is just across the street.
We had a great stay and will plan to stay again in the future.
