Very clean and warm! We had a lovely view at the park in our room.
It would be handy if they could serve some breakfast, even if it's just eggs/porridge options.

I like the set up of the room. I initially booked for a kings room but it was upgraded to superior room which were very happy. Comfortable bed and clean toilet

Loud staff members talking early in the morning having no regard for their guests. Loud sea-gals outside all night due to the park opposite disturbing the peace/sleep.

Luke was so helpful and friendly, everything we needed was there, clean and comfortable, location was perfect as parking available and a bus stop just outside the door,

Location is really great, peaceful place and just across is the Leith Link. Bus stops are just few min walk away that would take you into Edinburg city centre. The room is very roomy and wifi is great too.
Exhaust fan in the bathroom could be a bit loud.

location was good, and the room was big + bathroom was ensuite and new
i barely saw any staff memebr, on the second say someone said hi but it was hard to tell if the property was actually looked after. We had to arrange leaving our luggage and no one was around

The bed was comfortable. We were top floor and had no assistance taking luggage up. As an amputee this was a struggle. We didnt pay for breakfast but when asked we were advised it was unavailable.
The TV was very small and in an awkward place. The shower door was very stiff. The tea / coffee was not topped up after first night and we had to buy milk. The room was also very dated. The door was also very hard to lock.

room 6 bathroom was opposite our room so all night when room 6 needed bathroom doors banging and light 💡 keeps clicking on and off in passage. apart from that everything was perfect

loved the furniture in the room. The bathroom and bedroom were exceptionally clean. Good facilities as in hairdryers, iron, iron board, tea and coffee too.
slight damp smell in the bathroom but completely separate to the bedroom so not a big issue.

Didn’t get clean towels on day 2, the plug sockets near the mirror were not working so could not see in it when drying my hair.

Great location, could walk and bus to everything within 10 -15 mins. Bathroom was really large
Check in was difficult as we had no phone to call on and this was the only option. Although I had advised our arrival time, I had to attempt messages through various platforms before we could access our room. We happened to run into someone at front door who could help us which was pure luck.

Around 8:30pm hot water wasn’t working in the bath, waited until 10pm and was all fine

Room was not very clean found hair on the bed and curtains fell off during the night on my sons bed plus they were very dusty

Staff attention to my gaining access to the premises after my late arrival.
The nice touch of my bed side light being on for my arrival and of course the complementry jar of whisky, a nice touch.

The bed was large and comfy and it was in a great location in Leith close to lots of nice bars and restaurants.
