Médiocre à fuir , les porte donne sur une autre chambre nuisance sonore le soir le personnel a l’accueil pas du tout accueillante, nous prend de haut, vous entendez tout ceux qu’il se passe dans les autre chambre

Baustellenlärm bis 23 Uhr! Das Apartment hat eine dünne Verbindungstür zu einem weiteren Apartment - durch die Tür haben wir unsere Nachbarn gehört, Fernsehen, Gespräche, alles. Der Balkon war vor einer weißen Wand, so nah, dass wir sie fast berühren konnten. Alle auf booking angezeigten Fotos zur Unterkunft hatten Balkone mit Sicht. Ich hatte eine Unterkunft mit 68m2 gebucht, unsere hatte höchstens 48m2. Am Tag unserer Ankunft hatte ich mehrere wichtige Fragen an unseren Vermieter geschrieben. Eine erste Rückmeldung, ohne Antwort auf eine einzige Frage, kam erst gegen Mittag des Folgetages.

Es necesario que mínimo se haga cada 2 días el aseo tardaron 5 días aunque dice 4 y eso porque tuve que insistir en recepción, la habitación 513B está unida a la 513 el ruido, el humo de tabaco , lo que cocinaban se pasaba a mi cuarto todo, literal parece que no hay puerta

Rooftop courtyard was very nice. Infinity pool, lounge chairs, nice view, etc, matched the pictures in the listing. Go to the roof. However, rules say you cannot bring food or drink. :) Location was excellent. Short walk from the passenger ferry. Short walk to the beach.

Front desk spoke only Spanish. We were in Room 310B. It was a very simple bedroom and bathroom. There was a thin door separating us from 310A, which I believe was a full apartment. Poor sound insulation. We could hear every sound from room 310A. There was no coffee maker, refrigerator, desk, or chair in the room. Room was small and cramped. All walls are concrete. No sound absorption in the hallways. All sounds were echoed and magnified. We heard every word spoken in the hallways. It was loud and noisy. The granite/marble (whatever it was) counter top in the bathroom was badly stained. I brought disinfecting wet wipes with me, and ran one over the floor, it came up with dust/hair/dirt/filthy! The color of tiles on the floor are great at hiding dirt, so I suspect, no cleaning was done, except to change sheets and place fresh towels between renters, disgusting. The room is at the end of the airport runway. There will be airplanes and helicopters taking off and landing outside your window,

Tamaño aceptable para dos personas, buena ubicación, aire acondicionado.

Cama muy incómoda, dentro del servicio indica que incluye toallas y limpieza, luego nos enteramos que la limpieza es cada 4 días, lo solicitamos al personal y nunca se realizó limpieza ni cambio de toallas o ropa de cama.

La taille de l'appartement et la qualité des matériaux, la piscine sur le toit est aussi très jolie et la salle de sport convenable ! La vue sur l'aérodrome et les avions qui décollent est très sympa par contre niveau bruit je ne sais pas ce que ça donne pour les chambres côté aérodrome

A very modern building. Spacious and secure private apartment. Good location. Comfortable stay. Overall, I would consider staying here again because the building is very beautiful and modern with a great location, but I wanted to be honest about the areas that could be improved, particularly the cleanliness.

Construction started at 9am and lasted throughout the day. Countertops with ring marks and dust in the kitchen and bathroom suggest that they hadn't been attentively cleaned prior to my arrival. Additionally, all of the "white" towels had stains and were dingy. Balcony was quite dusty. A little more attention to detail with the cleaning would be helpful. Pool area is very trendy but quite small, so it was sometimes crowded. No basic kitchen sundries (no coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, pepper) -- these items would have made it easier for me to take advantage of the kitchen, since I was only staying for 2 nights.
