Suites 4&5 which accomadates 4 people does NOT have room for 4 people to sit together. When flushing toilet in 5 the water pipes "sing and can be heard in both rooms. Water tank on toilet in 4 was loose. To our surprise a new sofa was delivered into the suites while we were out. No check-in or check-out procedures.

My mother left some personal information and the cleaning staff returned it to us. It was very much appreciated and it's nice to know there are still honest people around. Also, the location was excellent! We loved being close to Barb Harbor but not in the middle of it. This was a quiet neighborhood.

Sofa bed mattress was worthless. Kids almost went through the springs while laying on it. We ended up buying an air mattress instead. Also, there was barely room to walk around it when bed was pulled out and cocktail table being moved made the kitchen area useless. Seemed odd to not have a table and chairs of some sort in a suite with a small kitchen.
