This was a great home away from home with all of the space and amenities for a long stay. We loved it and was so happy to have a place that allowed my two dogs.

The home is better in person, the pictures online don't do it justice! I love the all wood looking tile throughout the home. So much easier to sweep and pick up after kids and pets. The backyard is perfect for kids and for furr babies! The house is a little longer walk down to the beach than some of the other homes we've stayed in so we rented a go cart. The kids and youngteens loved having a golf cart. The home was priced competitively, so gold cart was a great addition/experience to our vacation. There were lots of people walking to the beach with their stuff in a wagon too but i had my 80 year old dad with me and didn't want him walking so much in our Texas heat!
If you're on the fence about renting this home, go for it. It was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed for the kitchen, bathrooms, and beach!

Beautiful vacation home. Everything you need when you are home. Well kept fenced yard and pet friendly. Even dog poop bags dispenser for clean up after your pet. Even had microwave popcorn, oatmeal and coffee for coffeepot, or a KCup coffee maker. Suntan lotion, detergent for washer. It's all there! There is more to under house than picture shows. A bar with chairs has been added that is not in the photos. A place I would stay in again! Check in n out easy! You will not want to go home!

My family and I recently stayed here and this house was absolutely wonderful!!! It had everything we needed. The house was very clean, lots of towels and great location from the beach (via a short walk). We also brought our dog and loved the fenced perimeter downstairs and even the surrounding fenced around the upstairs balcony so smaller dogs can’t squeeze through the bars (like our dog). Will definitely be staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house, we took 8 members of our family and friends. Great place to entertainment, and is well equipped home inside and out.

It has everything you need and extremely convenient to the beach. We drove the few blocks over, but I would imagine walking would be just fine as other reviewers have stated. Very clean as well. Would recommend anybody and everybody to stay.

The property is well kept, and the property listing is accurate. The fencing is wonderful for keeping pets and children from wandering off. The beach house is close enough to the beach to allow one to take a break for those who need an afternoon nap, both big and small.

Just Beachy describes house perfectly. Very clean, modernly furnished with everything you would have in your home. A bar with tall chairs not in photo of under the house. Did not have an updated photo with added bar. The fence was an added plus for my dog. She was upstairand down stairs by herself. Very sturdy fence for pets and children. Would definitely stay again. Out of 5 stars, i would give it 10 if i could.

The things I liked best: stocked with everything you can think of, very clean, super cute decor, fenced in yard, outdoor games, short walk to the beach, nice neighborhood and easy check out procedures. I was skeptical about renting from a company rather than an individual owner because I've been disappointed in the past by VACASA. Evolve had a local contact person that we could call or text with any issues. That special touch was very much appreciated. I'd definitely rent this beach house again.

This house was the perfect spot for our family when we came into town for a kids' tournament but didn't want to stay in a hotel. The house was so clean and inviting, and very well-stocked with everything we could need! Even had coffee and filters, which was surprising and VERY much appreciated. :) We'd definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect house. Really loved everything about it. And pirates beach is so nice and secluded. At times it felt like it was our own private beach. Cryastal was out point of contact for the house and she was friendly and helpful. She also responded to texts within minutes most of the time which was much appreciated. All in all this was one of the best houses we have rented in Galveston and we definitely plan to return.

The house itself was great. Great location to everything. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. Pictures don’t do it justice. Only issue was the washing machine was broken. Which is okay, however there were not a lot of towels. I tried to contact the host and no one ever came to my knowledge, to replenish towels. In the grand scheme of things, it did not ruin the trip.

Wish we’d known about the construction next-door
Such a beautiful home and so clean! Location to the beach wasn’t bad either. But we never would’ve rented this property if we’d known that a house was going up next-door. Being awakened at 6:45 AM every morning is no fun when you’re on vacation!!

We have stayed at several houses on West Beach over the years, and this was our favorite by far. The home was beautifully decorated and featured numerous amenities. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were several games/activities available for entertainment. We brought our fur baby with us and were so pleased to find a fenced yard. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit!
