The on sites facilities were great, pool was lovely! Ideal location with river views, close to shops.
We asked for a travel cot and was ignored, room could of been cleaner, sofas need a clean

No wifi couldn’t lock the front door from the outside

Location of the resort is good ,walking distance to the shops and restaurants,very close to the river, nice view from the window (if you are lucky to get front rooms)
All facilities need more exterior and interior maitenance eg. sliding doors, and windows (hard to open ), shower head etc.
Parking bays,and roads around resort need big attention
