location and facilities

we were charge $30 for not putting the dishes away dry enough which is fair. was disappointed that I had to wash 4 plates before I used them as they had sauce all over them to start with but we didn't contest it as we understood how we left it may not have been dry enough.

Location was great and the resort facilities were a bonus. Comfy, neat and clean apartment - perfect for our little holiday. Heating was great (especially to have one upstairs and downstairs). Booking, key collection and organisation was really easy and smooth. Great value for money!

Knives, utensils and fry pans need to be updated/sharp... oh and a big mixing bowl is needed - otherwise kitchen is great! Bin liners weren't included though which was a major pain.

Beautiful location. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Thank you for the prompt and kind response when we asked for help after locking ourselves out.

The single beds a little uncomfortable. The dining chairs could do with replacing/repair as they were all wobbly.

Needs a total overhaul. There were so many faulty fixtures including lack of lighting. the bathroom heater cover fell on my husbands head when he got out of the shower. Bed linen very old and tatty as well as the towels.

The location was perfect for us. The apartment was clean enough. The kitchen was well equipped. Kids loved the spiral staircase and it was good there was a gate at the top.

Windows were dirty and there was no clothes horse for drying clothes/towels.

Bed and sofa were comfortable. Aircon was also working very well. Full kitchen pots and pans as well.

Little dish washing liquid and only 1 roll of toilet papers. Really is a little to get us stsrted,and the rest to self provide. Place was dirty, and floor was sandy.

Great location in kalbarri. Great facilities . Pool area is fantastic.

Beds are old and very uncomfortable. Slight maintenance required in bathroom, leaky shower and soap comes through drain. Need to supply a dustpan and brush. Slight changes can make it very comfy, ensure all remotes have functioning batteries, a nicer outdoor setting and ensuring staples like dishwasher liquid is available would make it a great apartment
