Modern, clean, comfortable bed and immaculate white bed linen & towels
Apparently not in a great area but I had no problems at all and throughly enjoyed my stay here

- super Lage, um alles fußläufig erreichen zu können (vom Flughafen mit der Metro 3 bis Ambelokipi und dann 25min zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus zur Unterkunft; ansonsten ist man nicht auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angewiesen -außer man möchte zB nach Piräus mit der Metro)
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Tavernen direkt um die Ecke oder nur wenige Querstraßen entfernt (in Exarchia traditionelle und günstige Küche zu finden)
- top Sauberkeit
- Zum Balkon nochmal extra Dachterrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten)

- Warmer Wasserstrahl nicht so stark

Die Aussicht in der Diplomats Suite ist wahnsinnig schön! Man kann schon zum Frühstück die Sonne genießen. Außerdem gibt es noch eine große Dachterasse, die für alle nutzbar ist. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und die Möbel sind gemütlich. Das Viertel Exarchia bietet außerdem in direkter Nähe viele Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat auf jede Nachfrage schnell reagiert. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt! :)
Die Küche war etwas sparsam bestückt und viel vom Geschirr war leider auch nicht ganz sauber.

I liked the room, was very clean and everything was available for my visit in Athens. There is a nightshop and supermarket within 200m and many busstops around to explore Athens. If you travel alone it's worth booking this because of the price.

Alles was eigenlijk super, alleen geen uitzicht. Het voordeel was wel weer dat het 's nachts heel rustig was.
Ik dacht dat er een bank zou staan, maar dat was een fauteuil. Geen uitzicht, dat vond ik jammer, ondanks het voordeel van de rust in de nacht.

Spacious with lovely view. Good location. Manager responded promptly to needs and requests. Very polite and helpful.
Very little kitchen equipment making cooking difficult.
Intermittent WiFi and Internet connection - manager did try to improve this.

Great location in a vibrant neighbourhood , close enough to all the touristy spots . Spacious and clean apartment with a gorgeous view of the hill from the rooftop. Christos the manager was so sweet and friendly . 10/10 from me a very fussy traveller . Value for money

Overall, the property was a comfortable stay and we enjoyed it. It has a good location, close to many shops, restaurants, sites and public transport. The property had a good space with most of the basic amenities. The room has good natural lighting with a small terrace outside. The host was friendly and ensured that we had a smooth check-in and check-out. It was a good value for money too.
I think the cleanliness could be a bit better

Neat apartment. Loved the self check in and out which was easy. A good location especially for those familiar with Athens. Loved the balcony too. You really get the experience of living like a local Athenian.
The exit light in the room was too bright. Was a bit hard for me to sleep as I'm very sensitive to sound or light. That's the only negative really.

Clean, spacious and modern. Small convenience store opposite ideal for grabbing some bottled water etc.
Location was a little further out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre (although still walkable)
& the balcony view was directly onto a courtyard of residential property balconies so there was not much privacy and not a nice view from the room.

The guy working there was amazing, helped out numerous times and was available 24/7! I really wish everybody in hospitality was as good at their job as he is! Location, for me, was amazing. The building seemed brand new and everything was clean. Didn't use, but there was a nice rooftop terrace. Didn't get the room I booked, but that could be my fault.
Stayed in the room next to the elevator/front door the first day, didn't get any sleep. As the front door makes much noise and the other uests were late and loud. After addressing this immediately got a way better room.
Staying in Exarchia is morally complex; big companies buying houses for tourists is quite a problem for the locals. Many do not want tourists ther, I defenately understand.

Everything was just great! The apartment is very clean, perfect WIFI connection and a large dining table. Loved the balcony with the small table and chairs.
Amazing Cafe just next door.

The property was extremely tidied & the cutlery and dishes were very well organized and clean as well as the bed, sheets & pillows
The washroom was also very clean & had an amazing view at the very top floor of the terrace that all guests in the building have access to with plenty of chairs & tables for larger groups.
There are plenty of restaurants, markets and coffee shops within 5-15 mins walking distances
Unfortunately the location was a 35-40 minute walk from town centre athens where all the main entertainment and best restaurants were
Also the shower has an open concept that leaves the bathroom floor wet all over.

Great location in a vibrant young neighbourhood, very clean, comfortable bed, staff happy to solve problems.
If accessibility is an issue for an older or disabled traveller the property can provide challenges due to its small lift, that can stop working at will, and the steepness of the stairs leading up to the apartments. For younger travellers with smaller items of luggage that might not be too problematic, but for older ones with lots of luggage it might me.

Very easy and fast check-in process. Very nice and stylish apartment. Excellent location, waling distance from the very centre of Athens. The apartment is fully equipped for all travellers needs.
Very noisy due to the street in front, which is a busy street with buses and cars passing by all day and night. Unfortunately even though the apartment has sound proof windows, we could not sleep quietly.

Wi-Fi was not well set up and I couldn’t access a lot of websites that u normally work with. The mattress was uncomfortable.

Everything was as advertised. The bonus was or were if you like, the two excellent young men looking after us for everything we needed, showing true professionalism with a smile. Constantinow and Christos were great.
