The condo was clean and bed comfortable. The only negative I can give is the other condo's doors when occupants left the doors slammed and you can hear that very loudly

We were delighted by this rental property on our first Maui vacation. The pre-rental notifications were very helpful to us in this beautiful home. There was every convenience available, even amenities that we didn’t think of! We definitely felt at home here for the week. We highly recommend staying here!

The view can not be beat! The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, beach equipment provided for hassle-free fun in the sun and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Overall a great stay.

AC and fans to help keep the place cool although we preferred just having the slider open to the lanai to let the fresh air in and listen to the ocean waves. Short walk to the beach. Everything you need to cook, make coffee, bed was comfy, all we needed was supplies. Boogie boards, beach chairs etc were appreciated. Neighbors staying in unit next door were very loud very early in the morning but that’s nothing to do with this unit. They just didn’t have a filter in their voices at 6am lol. Would stay here again in a heart beat. On-site manager was very polite and even gave us freshly picked papaya and checked to see how we were doing.

The property was beautiful, steps from the beach and green space. Our unit included boogie boards, which the kids loved. We loved watching the sunset every night from the lanai, or from the walk on the beach. Leaving the property to get onto the main Kihei road is tricky because of where the entrance wall is located, it's hard to see around. But drivers here are patient and kind.

Loved this condo for the quiet peacefulness and fully appreciated the remarkable sunsets! Rental was incredibly clean and close to the beach. We saw turtles on the beach every day we were here! Would highly recommend.

It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of fans (we turned off the ac), perfect location and nice grounds with access to the ocean. The bonus was the elevator since one of us couldn't use the stairs. We couldn't have been happier with everything.

Wow. What an amazing property. My husband and I only stayed here 3 nights, but could’ve moved in! I truly felt like someone’s house guest. The property and accommodations were amazing. All newly renovated with a very comfortable bed, all the kitchen ware needed and full size appliances. Lots of coolers, beach chairs and towels. The location and view is RARE for Kihei. Not many oceanfront properties with spacious lawn. The a/c was very efficient and kept us cool. This was a bit higher than we wanted to pay, but SO WORTH IT! We will return!! Five Stars all the way!!

This property is fabulous! The location is great. The condo was extremely clean and the view is breathtaking. We loved the extras like Keurig single cup coffee maker, Tupperware for leftovers, boogie boards, beach towels and chairs were a great added bonus. Highly recommend staying here!

Such a nice condo. Great pool, hot tub, and bbqs. And so close to town for anything else you need. Not to mention the endless beautiful beaches. We will definitely be back!!

Great location, amazing view, comfortable bed! One note - the walls are thin by the bedroom so you can hear neighbors if they’re in the hall, but everyone was respectful of quiet hours.

We were supposed to stay at this condo for 3 nights. But we ended up leaving after the first night. The condo was dirty and the bed had multiple black hair stands and yellow stains on the sheets and mattress. The A/C units also took a really long time to turn on. The next morning I tried to contact manger on site but could not get ahold of anyone or find anyone to help.

All around a great place to stay!! View is unbelievable! The apartment itself was comfortable and relaxing.

It was the perfect stay! Great location and everything you need in the apartment. Only thing was the walls were pretty thin and we had a pretty rowdy group next door to us, nothing earplugs didn’t fix. Gorgeous beach that was pretty private and turtles to swim with.

The unit was in a great location and was extremely clean. We loved having the beach chairs and cooler, would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for the view, but not for direct beach access for swimming (so if your looking for this- not your spot) Overall everything was great! Bed was comfy and the kids did not complain of the sofa bed. We did have a small tech issue with one of the blinds that did not work. They sent a company to check it- we came home to a bunch of wires hanging from the shade which was a bit concerning since we had a 5 year old. Don’t get me started on the “property managers” who I’m sorry are older people who seem to think they live in a retirement community! You have families who are staying on the complex- the whole shut off of the laundry is disaster! Also, my husband who is a dark skinned Mexican man especially when he gets lots of sun was questioned as to why he was on the property- this really pissed me off. This was the only down fall of the property is the on-site management. Not to mention while I was washing an older man came up to in front of my teenager and said you know the rules? Machines turn off at 9pm- and when your done make sure you turn off the light! I clearly read the post that are ALL over and stated to him I understand- I know how to read. He didn’t say anything and said okay, I’m just letting you know, I’m the manager. Okay- thanks! This is truly my one and only complaint- those two people who are “managers” did not make us feel comfortable.

The only complaint I have is that you cannot operate the air conditioning in the living room and bedroom at the same time. It is one or the other. Fine if only the bedroom is being used for sleep.
