We had a wonderful stay in this charming Arrowhead Lake property. The house was fully appointed and spotless. All comforts we're afforded, and we loved the fireplace. Bed linens were provided, but not towels. This would be a nice addition.
One issue was parking in the event of guests. There is a required notification at least three days before arrival date, no exceptions, if the guest has a car. There is no overnight parking for guests unless this information is provided, and overnight parking on the street isn't allowed. Our host was wonderful and tried his best, but our son and daughter-in-law slept in a hotel the first night and were able to arrange parking for their car about 5 miles away. We picked them up the two nights they stayed. Be alert to these parking rules, but everything else, including communication with the host, was excellent. Not withstanding this issue, which is apparently a recurring general issue in the community, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Justin and Michelle.

We had a great stay and will definitely book again for next year to stay even longer! The house was the perfect size for our family of 6 and it’s in a great location! Very clean and has everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. Love all of the extra little touches the owners provided for us too. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us we had a blast!

Property was nice and clean. Quiet area. Only downfall was that we had to drive to the activity rentals, but it was a quick drive so we didn’t mind. Owners were great with communication. Loved our stay and would stay there again.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property. It is extremely clean and was more than spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 children. We loved waking up to the beautiful trees surrounding the house, which you can see through the large windows.
The kitchen contained everything you could possibly need for cooking/eating in. The dishwasher was also a great addition, so no need to do dishes on vacation. My family also loved using the fire pit to make s'mores!
The location is fantastic, within driving distance to grocery stores, Dunkin, Wawa, restaurants and Pocono attractions. The house is also within easy walking distance to a pool and playground.
The best part of all, though, was working with Justin and Michele. We had an issue that they very kindly worked through with us. They made the whole experience wonderful and easy. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat!
Overall, we had a wonderful, peaceful vacation and plan to return to this property in the future!

My family of 5 had a fabulous time at this house! The house was a perfect size for 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 10yo. The hosts keep the house very clean and incredibly accommodating. We needed nothing extra during our 4 night stay.
The amenities in the community are amazing. Even in the rain, we weren't bored at all.
We will definitely be renting this house in the future!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Justin and Michele's home in Arrowhead Lake community. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for a fun weekend. Justin was very responsive to our questions which is always appreciated. The community amenities are great as well with access to lakes, pools, rental equipment, etc. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Owners were very responsive and helpful- both before and during our stay. We had a great day at Jack Frost which was not far at all. Weather was very cold so it was awesome to have the gas fire.

This is an updated, really well-appointed cabin, and we had a blast! I can't say enough that the kitchen actually has everything you need to really cook like you are at home, there's games and TV, and everything works.

This VRBO was so great! Tons of things to do at Arrowhead community and the property was located just down the road to a playground and pool. The home is small but offers so many great details, beautiful big windows, a grill area, fire pit, SMART TVs, and the labeled bathroom items was such a cute touch! The owners were great with communication and were so kind about waiving the fee for us because we "booked late." Our family loved it so much and we will be back again!

We had a wonderful summer family vacation here. The house is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor seating both on the deck and down at the fire pit. Arrowhead Lake itself is also awesome. The house is a stone’s throw from a pool, playground, and tennis courts, and the nearest beach is a very quick drive. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a chill relaxing time up at the lake.

Amazing weekend!
Super clean home that is close to the pool, playground, and tennis courts. Basketball court and beach about 1 mile away but was walkable. Host was quick to respond and provided us with everything we needed. We love arrowhead lake and would stay at this property again!

Quiet Mountain House
This house is perfect for my family of 5 to enjoy a week in the Pocono Mountains. The house was perfect, laid out wonderfully with plenty of room. The amenities at Arrowhead are fantastic, the pools and beaches are all very nice! Would definitely recommend both Arrowhead and this house!

Cute cottage- definitely recommend
We went to the Poconos to celebrate my dads 60th! The house was very nice. It had all the necessities we needed, keurig, fire pit etc. The bedroom and bathroom on the first floor was perfect for my parents so that they didn’t have to go up the stairs. The owners were great to talk to, even when there was an additional fee we were able to work something out. The location has lots to do, swimming, kayaking etc. There was great directions on how to check in and out and I appreciated the restaurant recommendations! I would definitely stay here again!

This immaculate home is so comfortable on every level! Roomy and well stocked! The fireplace and firepit add so much ambiance. I doubt you will find a nicer, cleaner, VRBO in the area, so just book this if your dates are available! You're welcome!

Both bathrooms had containers of cotton pads and hair ties. We’ve rented several houses in the past and this is the only time we’ve seen these items provided. Nice touch!

Just a heads up, on the last day you will need to bring your trash for disposal behind the Welcome Center. Try to get there early, we were leaving on a holiday weekend and there was a long line of cars. This probably won’t be an issue if you’re checking out on a weekday.

The home is warm and welcoming. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Easy communication with the host. Great location for those who like to ski/snowboard.

Great getaway.
The house was lovely, very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. My only suggestion is to have the driveway and path to the house cleared of snow and ice prior to guests' arrival. We would definitely stay at Bear Trax again in the future.

Beautiful House & So Much Fun
I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The house is lovely. It is well stocked with anything you would need to prepare a meal, or do laundry or clean up so you don’t need to bring those things with you. Its close to a playground, tennis courts and pool. It’s about a five minute bike ride down to the lake, A little further if you want to take advantage of renting paddle boards or canoes.
My girls and I had a great weekend And look forward to renting again during ski season

Perfect Getaway
Excellent communication leading up to our trip and throughout. Justin answered all of our questions, was friendly, and easy to get a hold of. The house provided everything we needed. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with any pot, pan, etc. we needed for cooking. We would definitely return here. Thank you!

One of the best maintained properties we ever stayed. My family really enjoyed it. It is in an fantastic condition and had absolutely everything one would need. A 2 minute walk to the Mininsink swimming pool was huge bonus.
