Workers cleaning the floor above us, shifting tables, chairs above our room until the early morning hours. Totally unacceptable

Rock Hard Bed Terrible Service

Booked 4 nights. Did not stay even 1 night. Bed bugs in the bed. Tried calling Roxanne many times and emails. No response. No integrity or honesty by the staff. Xolani always says will get back to you. They claim there is no bugs and basically not interested. We have photos and videos.Do not stay here. Very disappointed.

It had a great view. The facilities were convenient. The unit was neat and clean. The staff were friendly.

This apartment is so clean and so beautiful once you see it live. It's so cozy and I didn't want to leave but I'll be back soon. I also loved the Charlotte Rhys bath products :)

I struggled a bit with opening the blinds and the windows at the top were a bit dusty.Didn't receive my full deposit due to the make-up stains that were left on the linen, but the daily housekeeping rates were included in my booking. I also didn't like the fact that the 2k deposit was mentioned after booking the accommodation.

When they advertise it they must be specific must lie that is right in front of the sea 🌊

The view from the Apartment is nice and the location was convenient.

Check - in was not as per the times stated on the booking. The rooms were not ready. Please also bare in mind I was traveling with a baby and it rained heavily the few days we were there. So the fact that they were not punctual with their times was inconvenient to my family in that weather. Furthermore, the room booked on the site was not the room given to us. If we are paying a large sum of money I feel like transparency should be required. It was devious and false advertisement to put up those rooms even though it was not what was given. This place is a mess. The concierge who was at the front desk doing check-ins was running around with a mop and bucket. They stated in the arrival letter towels will be changed after 3 days, and ours were not changed until the 5th day. Their service is poor. During the festive period which is a busy time one would expect better services for the inflated rates we pay. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone as their devious tactics is unacceptable. Their facial recognition made entering and leaving a daunting task as it did not work most of our stay there. They said it was something that happened recently and it's getting fixed however, residents that have been staying there from the beginning of 2022 stated it had been an ongoing issue. Which again as stated above is more lies and devious tactics.

The property was clean and Modern

I asked for a unit with the sea view weeks before checking in. I was told that the type of unit I booked doesn’t have a sea view. on my arrival at the hotel the receptionist told me that if I had come earlier I was going to be allocated a unit with a sea view. I was upset with the dishonesty of the establishment and the fact that they couldn’t a simple inquiry.

We really enjoyed the comfort of the loft we stayed at! WiFi, TV with Netflix, comfy balcony, comfy bed and air-conditioning - the makings of the ultimate comfort level!

The only downside is that we were affected by loadshedding.
