Friendly and professional staff and excellent facilities for the two of us and our two dogs.
We only had a bath in our room and I prefer a shower.

there’re quite a few steps and stairs, depending on the location of your room, so if you have a big luggage - might be not so easy

The pool, the staff. Hôtel de charme, near the beach (walking distance). They have a restaurant on the beach which was amazing and the food was great.
Nothing really. I would say that the breakfast can be improved. The choice is not great and it is a little too expensive for what it is.

Fabulous hotel. Beautiful rustic style that you only get in France. Rooms lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Arcachon in general a stunning place to visit. Would definitely recommend.

Had a beautiful room in the main part of the hotel as was upgraded when i arrived. Room was beautiful with private balcony. Lovely unique Swimming Pool and good restaurant on site.

Very nice breakfast on the terrace but no other options close by. Lovely park with an elevator to the town center within walking distance. The property is surrounded by historic homes.
We booked a room in the annex as that was all that was available. I would not book the Annex again.
