The main bathroom toilet paper holder is broken
There are a few holes in the wall from the doors.
The bathroom vent is very dusty, the vent in the dryer was full of sand and lint my husband had to clean its. The main bathtub drain was blocked and my husband had to plunge it and pulled out a big clump of hair.
There were no large pots to cook pasta in.
Other than that, the view is amazing and we enjoyed our stay in the condo

We loved this home. Simple, minimalistic. It has everything you need and no clutter. The beds are comfy, which is super important. Nice view of the ocean. My only complaint is that the knives weren't sharp and there was no vegetable peeler. But those are minor things and everything else was lovely.

While this condo appeared to be remodeled recently, there was quite a bit of damage when we arrived. There was a broken window leading out to the balcony; damage that appeared to be poorly and temporarily “fixed” to the front door; broken closet doors; and a huge crack in the ceiling in the living room and adjacent bedroom. In addition, the pool was only half filled with water and extremely dirty. The cable also did not work. When you turned on the TV, the screen read “this account is in need of attention”. These were amenities that we paid for and did not receive. In my opinion, we should have had money deducted from our overall stay. I complained to the number we were given several times and was told the local Vacasa in Ocean City would reach out to me, but no one ever did. This was our first experience with Vacasa and I will most likely not recommend to others or use again. Very disappointing.

Location and view excellent. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property was not good. carpets, walls ceiling fans, and glass patio doors were dusty and dirty. The door lock did not work most of the time had to enter the code 4 or 5 times before the door would open or locked when leaving the premises. The cable TV was not working our whole stay. All these things were reported Monday 2 of our stay and nothing was resolved while we were there. Management did not take care of any of the problems we reported

The property is beautiful and a perfect location. There were a few minor issues I found after giving a cleanliness rating of 5, a few wrappers left behind furniture. The toilet handle was very loose in the master bathroom and toilet paper holder is broken. Dark hair in bathroom drawers. No number on the unit made it a bit confusing after checking in. The main issue was the keyless door entry. It wouldn't lock and there wasn't another key to use, only a key for the lobby door. When I called about this I was told the doors to this building sometimes need to be pulled tight in order to lock. When I did this the entry code wouldn't open the door. I was told a repair person was coming soon. I was afraid to leave the property in case we couldn't get back in. I waited over 3 hours for the repairman and had to wait longer for them to make a key and install a lock box on the outside. I was disappointed missing time on the beach when I had such a short vacation. I text the person who responded to me about the repair person on the way and asked if it was possible to get a later check out due to missing the entire morning our first morning there and never got a response.

. The communication was NON. I called and emailed with no response. Was almost afraid when we checked in I was scammed. People in the office were extremely nice. where we checked in for that I was happy. The condo was nice. Had a bad smell when we got there Friday night. We cleaned and opened the doors

Home Away from Home
This condo was really nice! Some of the blinds were missing but outside of that it was super comfy. The only thing I wish I had known before the stay is that there wasn't any paper towels, trash bags or extra toilet paper and I would have packed my own. I would definitely stay here again!

This home was wonderful! The view was fantastic, it was clean, and it was comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

The place was great and was perfect for my friends and I. The only thing I can complain about is checking in, we got to the door and had to wait an hour+ because we received the wrong code to the door. Other then that everything was great and would like to come back.

The interior designer did a solid job in making a rather mediocre place shine. The new furnishings really freshened the place up -- the building is old and dated and there is evidence of the condo being older too (like the auto door lock that only works every 4th time you punch in the code, the super loud air system in the closet, or the door that makes the wind whistle constantly). That said, the unit is super clean and comfortable. This place does need a hardware update -- the toilet paper holder was swinging loose and the shower heads builder grade standard heads that felt like I was showering in a cheap motel. Otherwise, I'd say the physical space is solid. Besides, you can't beat the location. I'd definitely rent this place again if not for the poor services. First, the internet didn't work and no one ever called me back about how to get it fixed. In this day and age, not having secure internet is a deal breaker -- they refunded me $50, but that seems low considering I would have never rented the place if they said they didn't offer internet. I was able to get on an unsecure network, but it prevented me from working. Second, there's no one there to check you in -- the instructions state that you have to go to the lock box if you come after hours, but we got there in the middle of the day and there wasn't anyone from Vacasa at the front desk. There was a building employee at the front desk who was nice enough to assist me when we arrived, but even the front desk was left unmanned the rest of our stay. Third, the kitchen cleaning/stocking needs work. All the pans and bowls were kind of filmy/oily, they don't leave you coffee filters (the rep said because of covid), but don't tell you ahead of time (they are $9 at the nearby market, btw) and also leave you used scrub brushes (apparently these are less likely to carry covid than brand new coffee filters?. Finally, the directions on check out are also very unclear, especially because all the branding is from the old rental company and it's not entirely clear if you are supposed to follow the same procedures. There were no instructions on bagging the linens, but I happened to find a note on the washer that instructed me to bag them up and put them outside before checkout. Turns out I didn't need to put them outside because someone knocked on the door a full hour before check out asking for our linens. :/ Listen, the place is convenient, clean, and comfortable. I think we could have done better for the rate we paid, but we booked last minute and it met our needs.

I have been coming to ocean city for 6 years. Most places are outdated. This one was nice and new! The beds were very comfortable. The neighbors were quite. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in ocean city.

We rented this condo for our annual ladies get away weekend. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space throughout. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, and the entire condo is beautifully updated. The ocean views are wonderful. We appreciated the balcony seating as well. Will definately rent again if the opportunity arises. Stayed here in July 2019, the owner knows exactly how to make their guests comfortable! Absolutely beautiful condo everything was perfect, and a nice bag with products that we so appreciated. With Covid we did not get there in 2020 but we certainly hope to rent this condo in the future

I have been coming to ocean city for 6 years. Most places are outdated. This one was nice and new! The beds were very comfortable. The neighbors were quite. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in ocean city.

We rented this condo for our annual ladies get away weekend. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space throughout. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, and the entire condo is beautifully updated. The ocean views are wonderful. We appreciated the balcony seating as well. Will definately rent again if the opportunity arises. The photos are what reeled us in and it was just as nice in person. The unit was clean and inviting. We loved the view from our balcony and found lots to do within walking distance. The beach was just a small walk away and even though you had reserve time for the pool, we never had any trouble getting a pass. Our only regret was not booking for the whole week. This is definitely a place you can feel at home in.
