Alldeles lagom frukost. Det fanns allt man önskade. Många variationer av pålägg samt det mesta som man förväntar sig på en hotellfrukost. Biffen på menyn i restaurangen kvällstid var enastående över förväntan. Personalen supertrevlig super service

Centralt, god frukost, välstädat och skön säng.
Slitet, saknade sked till kaffet på rummet, saknade balsam. Tycker att det var dyrt med tanke på standard och rummet skulle behöva fräschas upp.

Bra läge i Mora. Bra med privat parkering i garage. Enkel och smidig incheckning via puben. Bra frukost som hade allt en behövde.

Stayed for Cykelvasan. Staff was very friendly and helpful, although their primary job seems to be working in the pub. Parking in their garage was very affordable, and particularly great for Cykelvasan with ample space for working on/storing your bike, including pressure washer to clean it after. Additionally, could use a shower after the race, which was great. Didn’t need the drying facilities, but I’m sure they are useful in the winter. Breakfast was great, with a massive selection of items, and the fact that they serve it from 4 am on race day is certainly appreciated. Staff was again friendly and helpful, despite the early hour.

Too expensive for what you get. Rooms not renovated since long, cleanliness can be improved, bathroom was missing hooks to hang any towel.

The staff were great. The location was very central yet close to the Ski tracks. The staff were really helpful in getting us to enjoy Mora

The staff were really helpful in getting us settled into Mora for skiing, taxi’s and buses etc. Great breakfast too!

Great Breakfast. Really good location in the centre. Good place for a short stay.
The small single-room felt really small.
Minor point, but the chairs in the breakfast room were incredibly narrow, thus virtually squeezing your back from the sides.
A parking fee of 150 SEK is too much even if the garage was convenient. The staff informed me that paying for the alternative of parking in the street would require a certain parking-App.

The breakfast was very nice and fresh. The location was perfect in the center of town, adjacent to the town library and just minutes away from Anders Zorn's home and museum, the finish line of the Vasaloppet and Mora's beautiful 17th century church.
It's annoying that they don't operate a front desk at least 12 hours per day.

Good location in town center. Near the town's secondary railway station.
Very rude staff. While I did try to check in early, the greeting was:; "NOT YET!" Most hotels will try to accommodate an early check in if rooms are available. She didn't even want to make the effort. I suggested she check. Sure enough, a room was quickly found. In fact there appeared to be many rooms unoccupied. I also asked about a taxi to the main railway station (not the one near the hotel) and was told to reserve the night prior. So after dinner, I asked a different staff member to call. "We can't do that, you have to call yourself. And besides they don't start until after 6:00A". So I walked to the station and sure enough found many taxis there waiting for fares....before 6:00A.

The Manager was very polite as we wanted to cancel one night when we arrived but booking.com and Elite Hotels did not accept it.
